Excellent, lovely & kind staff and excellent food! They made us feel like home. Also great pool. But the rooms, the showers, all of the furniture, & the beach lido all need to be renovated and updated.

Have just come back from a stay at this hotel. Rooms basic but very spacious. We were on a bed and breakfast basis and always plenty of choice in the morning. Nice pool and private hotel beach just 500m away. Very quiet and canoes that can be used. Plenty of beds and umbrellas. Luca ,Alessia and all the reception staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

I was the solo traveler in the group. I was given a bungalow that was not prepared at all, no towels, no bed linen. I took the sheet from the extra bed myself and adjusted the main bed. I brought the towels myself from the reception. The next day I ask the other passengers what their room is like and if it is tidy. Of course she was to everyone but me. Then I went to the reception to get sheets and pillows and a blanket because it was cold and the remote from the heating air conditioner did not work, of course. There is no Wi-fi at all, only from time to time a few meters around the reception and a 2g network that probably can not withstand even if you have your own date. The third night they finally cleaned the room but I didn’t get fresh towels. The food is below average. We had a buffet but the choice was very poor. Plus the waiters were angry when you told them you wanted more eggs (the worst in my life I’ve tasted) or when I asked for vegetables at breakfast. There was no talk of Covid measures, except for what they shouted when you came to the line without a mask, but it didn't matter what 100 of us were fine. They just painted the walls a little bit and that’s it. The environment was clean and tidy. At least he didn't work at all except during dinner at one table

We were on holiday for a school trip, the food for us students was terrible. Raw meat. Pasta with whole hairs and one hair. And rude staff. The food was terrible, we students received raw and overcooked food, compared to the professors who were served excellent food.

I DO NOT recommend it to anyone, terrible service, rooms not clean and for 4 people 2 towels. In the shower water there are chemicals such as chlorine which causes strong irritation to the eyes, horrible food and recycled leftovers for 4 days disorganized and rude staff I strongly advise against this hotel.

a nightmare, I was on a school trip, chemical substances are put in the water, including chlorine and bleach. When washing myself I had an anaphylactic shock and the allergy stains remained bad for a long time. It is definitely a place where I will not return for any reason in the world, very disorganized.

I stayed in this facility on 16 July 2023 and what can I say at first glance it seemed like a nice facility but then the flaws came out, from the first day the welcome was not the best there is no parking in front of the facility and therefore you have to unload your luggage quickly, and try to imagine carrying your hand luggage for 800m in the middle of the day. although shortly thereafter electric transport was available but not used. Then we entered and sat down in the room which was almost falling to pieces, all wood, in the evening at dinner the air conditioners were off then little by little they turned them on. To go to the seaside there is a fateful minibus that was completely broken and without air conditioning and went there and not back because the driver was on the beach. The beach was already a hole in the sea that they put us all there together like sardines and after a while we couldn't even take a bath because we didn't fit all of us, then the showers were a few minutes away and we could wash ourselves one at a time. For lunch there 'It was a lot of stuff but in the end it was always the same then there was the ice cream top, the ice cream machine broke and we were without it all week. the car parks are all outdoors and the cars are under the sun all week imagine the temperature I found in the car at 5pm (52 degrees). The only positive note of this village was the entertainment, the nice and funny guys who, despite the misadventure of the place, made us feel good.

The rooms are small but very nice with very bright lights, small fridge but very useful for putting drinks with a small freezer next to it. I am a fisherman, the beaches are also suitable for fishing

Nice holiday. Everything was fine, only the beach leaves something to be desired because it is small and not very convenient to reach by shuttle. The entertainment guys didn't make us bored at all, in fact I thank them so much because you made us feel good and we had a lot of fun. Thanks to Arianna for her pilates courses, group dance, aquagim etc. Gianni the boss, too nice and funny and all the other very good entertainers. Only the shuttle to the sea leaves something to be desired. Abundant and good quality food. I highly recommend it
