Palazzo Biancofiore, Suites - Rooftop - Spa

Very stylish hotel in an excellent location. The rooftop hot tub was a highlight of our Salento adventures. I would recommend to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

We stay here and used the accommodation as a base for our Puglia travels. The host could not have been more helpful and, she was supported by the wonderful Marina who went above and beyond. We stayed in two rooms - the one with exclusive use of the hot tub which was upstairs and, yes, they are steep stairs but, the reviews did say that. We then stayed on the ground floor with a beautiful indoor jacuzzi and, the air con was much more effective here but, no windows. Both rooms very comfortable- could do with a few more hangers. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and lots of choice. The joy of the centre of Ostuni and all it brings is just a few minutes walk. Free parking is available - usually spaces to be had - thankfully we hired a Fiat 500 so, could squeeze in! Wouldn’t hesitate to return, thanks for a great stay

I loved this hotel and space. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are great and the breakfast is fabulous. I had room 2 with the balcony, my friends had the one next to mine. The location is great. The one thing is it can get loud when people arrive and the steps are steep up to the rooms and the rooftop.

This is one of my favourite places I have stayed in as a solo traveller - I absolutely loved it. I spent 4 nights here in high season, to visit friends but I was also working remotely - the wifi and AC were great for this, which was really important to me. The building is perfectly located and presented: in an historical building but with modern interiors and design. The bed was extremely comfortable and I love the layout and amentities. It was also a very quiet street. Breakfast was fab, especially the pastries and the staff (Silvia in particular who organised a late check in and airport taxi for me) were very lovely and accommodating. I would 100% stay here again, the bar is now set very high!

The lovely hostess Silvia was very helpful and responsive. She organised our transport to and from train station. This is important . The room was absolutely tiny but the modern furnishing and lighting was excellent. Very clever interior design. The bed was very very comfortable. The tiny shower room was functional and the products very nice. Breakfast was self serve on the terrace and we enjoyed making our own fresh orange juice. The location of biancofiore suites was excellent. Very close to main square but not noisy. The negatives were the extremely narrow stairs , which is part of the historic building, jacuzzi appeared closed up and the size of the suites.
