Room was nice although a little small. Bed was comfortable. Room was a little hot and had trouble adjusting temperature. Service was very good and they were able to safely secure our bikes. Convenient to many of the attractions, restaurants, and bars. Nicely decorated for Christmas.

Spent four nights here with the tour group Arrivederci Puglia. Very nice property. Good breakfasts; nice staff. Perfect mix of professional and personable. A few blocks' walk to 'downtown' Ostuni center. Restaurant and bar on premises.

My favorite hotel of my entire trip to Italy this summer! Absolutely beautiful, elegant and serene from the lobby to the rooms. Staff was very accomodating; dinner in the lobby area of the hotel was wonderful; parking behind gates. Don't hesitate to stay here!

A wonderful stylish hotel I loved every single minute of my stay. An elegant hotel with stylish decor of rooms and common areas. Well located with just a short walk into town but remote enough to rest from the busyness and sleep well. Breakfast with a la carte option - try the mink and courgette omelette! Friendly, helpful, always smiling stuff. If you are lucky to get room 118 on the first floor - it has a balcony with a breathtaking view of the city. I will be back!

The position of the Ostini palace is great , a short walk from square and all the restaurants .The Hotel has a great restaurant as well with a lovely menu and service to match .The Breakfast was again excellent with a full breakfast as well as much much more ,with friendly curious staff. It is a comfortable Hotel with well appointed rooms and amenities, good bathroom products. Nothing is to much trouble for the reception staff who were exceptionally helpful to me ,I was a long stay client, organising restaurants , and beach clubs and general knowledge , Marial, Antonio and Francisco were all really helpful & went out of their way to assist me .The Manageress was a delighted again so very helpful with ideas and place to see. It is a hotel that I am already looking forward to returning too .Excellent

The hotel is beautiful and only a short walk to the centre. We stayed in a romantic room with a beautiful view. And used the hotel has a base for our 2 week sightseeing of Puglia. From the moment we arrived Toni was very helpful especially when it came to parking the hire care which I was a little nervous with. Thank you Toni! La signora con la Corsa. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the staff were very tentative. In fact all the staff were very nice from the cleaners to the managers. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the shower in our room was a little small. But would not stop us from booking again. We had a wonderful stay.

I stayed here for three nights in July with my wife, in one of the “romantic” rooms. On the plus side, the hotel building and lobby is beautiful, it has a great location, just a 10 minute walk from the old city, and the breakfast is a solid 8/10. Having eggs made to order is a nice touch. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Our room was tired looking, with discolouration on the walls in a number of places. It was also tiny, and I mean tiny within the scope of what can be expected in Italy. We barely had enough room for the two of us to move around with our luggage. The shower was also tiny, and didn’t drain properly. The view of the old city was pretty, but didn’t begin to make up for the deficiencies of the room. Even though tripadvisor advertises a rooftop terrace, we found the roof completely empty. A lot of missed potential there. On the whole, the hotel has a lot of potential, but is not in any way worth what it charges. Would absolutely not stay here again.

From the time our group of 7 checked in we were made to feel so special! The hotel arranged an outdoor cocktail party for us one night when we chose not to go out to dinner, massages in their “cave” spa were fabulous. The hotel was so clean, smiling faces everywhere. Have not ever had such great hotel experience, no matter the cost!
