Exceptional Hotel with Outstanding Service Hotel Primo Ostuni exceeded all expectations. The property is clean, comfortable, and beautifully modern. The staff—Christian, Leonardo, Nicoletta, and Martina—were incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. After we had already checked out, we found ourselves stranded at the Ostuni train station due to an indefinite delay caused by electrical issues. With no rental cars available, we were stuck. I called the hotel for advice, and without hesitation, they arranged a taxi to pick us up—even though our stay had technically ended. That level of care and service meant so much to us. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ostuni. You’ll be well taken care of.

This hotel is new and we were booked here as part of a tour we had signed up for in Puglia. The hotel was clean, friendly staff and one of our favorite hotels the entire trip . Both Olivero who runs the kitchen, the bar staff and the Front desk with Nicoletta makes me sure we will return. Breakfast was so fresh and so many choices we were amazed ! The hotel has fluffy towels and the biggest shower ever. It’s a short walk to the middle of town that has restaurants and bars of all sorts . We are already planning to return next year . It’s located on a hill so always a breeze in the entire town . Not to be missed .

Immaculate hotel in the heart of Ostuni, convenient to the main piazza. Guest rooms include all conveniences. The staff is amazing- so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet includes most everything one could want, including eggs cooked to order. Items vary slightly each day so it never gets boring. Evening happy hour in the comfortable lobby with a view of the Adriatic in the distance.

Excellent location, staff, breakfast and rooms. Amazing, panoramic views to the Adriatic. Wonderful to return to a warm welcome, in this new modern hotel after a day touring the spectacular region. Rooms are modern and clean. The air conditioning was very efficient and both our rooms had spacious bathrooms with powerful showers. It lies minutes from the old town square. Reception staff very helpful and gave us recommendations for day trips and booked reservations in local restaurants.
