Facilities: The fragrance in the room is a bit smelly, but not very strong. The room is hygienic and clean.
Service: The boss is very enthusiastic and will ask you where you are from
It is about 1.8 kilometers from the hotel to the city center, and it is also very close to walk there. There is a tram right in front of the hotel.

I don't normally write reviews, however in this case, because the hotel has undergone what appears to be a major refit, previous reviews could be misleading. Thus, many rooms are now freshly painted, with new fittings, including bathrooms. I did not see every room, but in passing when rooms were being cleaned, they always had new cupboards, painting etc. In addition, I had a room facing the street from the main railway station. Previously, these were reviews as noisy. My room, at least, had new windows that muted street sounds. Overall, I can confirm previous reviews about staff friendliness and willingness to help.

A wonderful welcoming hotel. The Receptionist is kind helpful perfect. How nice to be shown to your room. The whole team at this hotel are wonderful. The room , a Junior Suite was superb. Very clean. Breakfast excellent. Located very close to a tram stop. Not far from the main rail station. Accessible entrance through the car park. Good sized secure car park. One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Highly recommended.
