Getting to the hotel from the Main Rail Station is a breeze. A 10 minute bus ride, 101, 102, 106 will let you off at the bus stop Nova Radnice. Then a 10 minte walk from there. See google maps for details on the walk. Check-in begins at 2pm, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, The furniture was from years ago and quite stylish. No modern Ikea furniture here. Good wifi, a small fridge made this a more pleasant stay. A buffet breakfast is included, there are numerous options to choose from. My room was at the front of the building and faced a beautiful park. One of the big pluses, is that this is a very quiet area, no noise what so ever. At the back of the building is an outside terrace, on the warmer days a great place to sit and relax.

The location is great, not far from the main train station, and within walking distance of public transport. The hotel is next to a nice park and river and the area is beautiful. The room was good, and the service was nice.

For me the most important thing is how clean the hotel is. I dont mind if it is outdated (and it is), but it has to be clean. This hotel isn't. Brooms are standing near the main entrance. Bathroom- outdated, dirty. The bed had very unpleasant smell. And I mean it. Beddings were torn. I have booked free parking space, but was offered place in the street. The funniest thing- before leaving, in the morning, we came to reception to pay for the stay. Booking was made on *********** platform and was guaranteed with the credit card. Manager assured us, that he will deduct our credit card and no need to pay right now. So we left. Later we had a message from the owner, stating he had a problem deducting our credit card. I asked for the bank details and next morning made a bank transfer for the stay. But, after giving negative review on ***********, manager accused us of 'running away without payment". So think before booking:)

:) - gut sehr ruhige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem großen Park, gepflegte Anlage die zwar leichte Mängel aufweist aber nicht gravierend sind, Innenanlage sehr gepflegt und sauber, schöne Lounge mit Barbetrieb während der Rezeptionszeiten, heller Frühstücksraum mit angeschlossener Terrasse auf der auch das Frühstück eingenommen werden kann, Zimmer (Appartement) 204: sehr angenehme Größe, gepflegt mit leichten Mängel (siehe "Was hat ihnen nicht gefallen"), großer Kasten, bequeme Matratzen, Türe zwischen Wohn- und Schlafraum, WC getrennt vom Bad, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im Zimmer, Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind dzt. kostenfrei nutzbar, Hotel bietet gegen Verrechnung auch eigene Parkplätze an - Reservieren ! da nur 5 Plätze vorhanden sind, ca. 5 min. bis zu den Öffis, mehrere empfehlenswerte Lokale in mittelbarer Umgebung :( - nicht gut Safe ohne Funktion - konnte auch von Rezeption nicht beheben werden, gute und recht schnelle WiFi Verbindung jedoch instabil. bricht alle 5 - 25 min. für ca. 30 - 90 sek. ab, Dusche: kleine Handbrause nicht aktivierbar, Duschgelspender, locker, Armatur im Handwaschbecken leicht undicht, Wohnbereich: TV - keine internationalen (D, F, GB) Sender TV-Gerät aber Multifunktionsgerät mit HDMI Port daher konnte der Laptop für Fremd-TV-Sender angeschlossen werden,
