My wife and I were very impressed by the Ginn hotel/apartment. Check-in was relatively easy. It was a bit strange not to have a key to our room, but the code worked each time. The shower was wonderful with a rain shower head that could be removed and used as a hand-held. It also featured three settings. The blinds in the room were great for blocking out the light. The heater in the room worked real well. In fact, we had to turn it down. My biggest complaint was simply the hardness of the mattress and the lack of additional pillows. All in all a very good stay in a great location.

The spa was a big plus with a reasonably sized 10 metre pool. Although fairly far out of Stuttgart, it is accessible by bus and train . The main football stadium is halfway between the city and hotel. Very good buffet breakfast and a bar that is open until fairly late. There are some interesting places to visit nearby.

The location is a bit remote. I booked this hotel because I had booked with the same group in Frankfurt. However, this location is a bit difficult to reach the city. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the S Bahn station. It is not convenient to carry suitcases. Take the S1 and a half The bus runs every hour. If you miss it, you have to wait another half hour. In addition, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the center of Esslingen, which is a bit far. You need to take the 101 bus to get there faster. The advantage is that there is a LIDL supermarket next to it where you can buy daily necessities and food. This supermarket is the cheapest supermarket in Germany.

This is the best location for an exhibition venue or for use as a business hotel.
The facilities and services were top-notch for business use, but as a Japanese person, it would have been great if there was a bathtub.
(As for the shower booth, it would have been nice to be able to choose the spray pattern from the head.)

The hotel gave me the feeling that I had lived glory times, as if it had been of some importance, this for details of furniture and services in the rooms that once had to offer greater comfort. The size of the room is spectacular: really large room with living room, desk and balcony with table and chairs. The style of the room and its furniture are still remitted to other times, but still today they are well kept except for the moquette,consumed and maquillated both inside the room and in the corridor. The bathroom was probably put in hand in a more recent time than the room but the construction was made with extremely cheap materials and you see a lot;instead of the shower there was a date-date hydromassage bath and I don't think it worked. The hotel has been very close to the hotel, but the bathroom has been functional to what it needed; it is very negative to note the lack of a vacuum cleaner. As for breakfast, there was everything and for all tastes, even though quality did not enthusiasm me.

This hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Waiblingen. Modern, clean and bright rooms (we had a corner room with a queen size bed and a pull-our sofa) hotel staff were all lovely and willing to help with any request we had. The night staff was even kind enough to pour us a drink from the bar at 1am when everything else in Waiblingen had already closed. The breakfast buffet is absolutely appropriate for a hotel in that price range. There is an underground car park in the adjacent building which is convenient as car park space is otherwise very limited nearby. Definitely one to come back to when we’re in Waiblingen next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is definitely clean and the staff is very busy. Unfortunately, the hotel has come in the years rather, which is also shown in the entrance area and the entire environment. The rooms are partly very small and used. The restaurant offers very good food as a card with a good service. That's not all really dramatic bad, but the hotel has some potential in fact.

992aninThe hotel is modern, clean and maintained. The ladies in the housekeeping are very friendly and competent and we have felt very well. But the reception staff is incredibly uninterested and not particularly helpful, you are not welcomed and you get mostly only questionable eyes back when you ask questions or wishes. We were not informed about whether and when breakfast is available and where to park. It seems that the parking places are free directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is good for the low price, but not even empty plates are cleaned. Concluded: The building is beautiful, only service and service is searched for forgiven.

GGuest User(+) It is a perfect hotel if you come to the Technical Academy of Esslingen (TAE) for business trip. TAE is just 5 min walk away. It an old style hotel but maintained very well, clean and tidy. My compliments to the breakfast options offered. Small various buns are freshly made each morning. If you like sweet pastry, you have to be fast, otherwise you won't get any if the hotel is full. Free entry tickets to public pool are offered at the reception. Personnel is very friendly. (-) The blankets were short. I am not a tall person but even for me the blankets were not enough to cover myself. The hotel does not have restaurant onsite. Wi fi is free of charge and of a good speed. However, it requires a password and you have to confirm it every time when you login.

BBJREismanI had a Conference/Trade Fair at the Stuttgart Messe and was looking for somewhere relatively nearby and not too expensive. This place turned up and it was just over a hundred Euro a night. Seemed what I was looking for. I had a single room ( i.e. a small double bed). There was a TV, desk, Bathroom and not much more. Check in took a couple of minutes and the girl behind the counter was friendly. There was a view of the town…nothing special. It was relatively quiet( hotel noise from the inside), but at 6 am I was woken by the Church bells ringing. To get to the Messe was a 2 minute walk and then a 15 minute bus ride ( that cost 2.5 Euro). The 122 Bus stopped 100 meters away from the entrance to Hall 10 of the Messe, which was perfect for me. In the evening, and morning, I ate in my room ( there was no kettle……but I did bring my own). There is a large Supermarket that I visited to pick up some supplies. It was about a 10 minute walk away, up a hill…..but it had everything that I needed. Overall, the place was OK. Not expensive. Close to where I needed to be. If I am at the Stuttgart Messe again next year, I will consider being here again.
