I stayed here for couple of days. The bed are very comfortable and room is modern as well. The toilet is spacious enough and they offer free drinks inside the small fridge. Very clean and helpful staff.

For starters the hotel double charged my credit card, and it did not react to my online protests
The bed cover and pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable

This June 2023 - 2 night stay was absolutely delightful. The staff was friendly and cordial. The hotel was very quite. The Dormero Hotel was the perfect stay for exploring the Bauhaus in Dessau. There are several great restaurants nearby.
The breakfast buffet was terriffic. I have included photos.

Unfortunately the stay was a disaster. I was expecting more from Dormero. The staff members were very friendly but the stay wasn’t comfortable at all.
First of all I think that paying 29 euro for parking and breakfast is a bit ridiculous.
The bed wasn’t comfortable at all as it was completely coming down so I was literally rolling out. Also the room was very dated and the bathroom even more.
But the biggest disaster was that there was no water! In the evening and in the morning there was no water. So this meant no shower and brushing your teeth with soda water. If you have to work the next day and the bed is impossible and you can’t fresh yourself up I think the stay is a disaster. Also a tip: don’t advertise that your restaurant and bar are open while they are not.
I hope and expect Dormero or ********* is going to compensate this as it’s not worth paying this amount of money.
