"The hotel is a bit far from city center. However with train and bus we can still arrive arrive Bern center or Thun within 30 minutes.
The room we stayed faces to the East. It is actually a problem because when the sun rises, it shines and heats the window. At the early morning we keep hearing the popping noise on windows caused by thermal expansion and contraction and we cannot get any sleep.
Besides, I don't know if the bed linens were not clean or if overly harsh detergents were used. The next day, the areas of my limbs and torso that came into contact with the bed were very itchy."

"You need to take tram to Bern centre which the tram comes frequently and took around 10mins only. The room is spacious and quiet. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There's no supermarket or convenient store around the hotel."

"Service: The front desk service attitude is very good, but the English is not very standard. When checking in, they overcharged the parking fee (we didn't actually drive), and later the overcharged fee was refunded to the card. Overall good.
Facilities: The room is large and comfortable. When I first checked in, I found that the TV had no power and the hair dryer was broken, but after contacting the front desk, the maintenance master quickly solved it and it had no impact.
Food: I think Switzerland is expensive, so I didn't order food at the hotel.
Overall: The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation and close to the rose garden. After dinner, the family slowly walked over and it was very comfortable. If you bring children, it is worth considering."

"Stunning innovative hotel concept. I’m simply blown away, never seen something like this! Everything is done through your phone and it works amazing. (Booking, checkin, reception services, music etc. Interior design with much love and cool details, we could even play Mario Cart on NES in the backyard. Studio is as well amazing flexible, main block is moveable so you have either enough space for you bed or minimize it to use kitchen etc. Host Macha and Thalia are locals and know their stuff. Outstanding experience. Visit rooftop terrace for stunning views over the skyline of Bern. And if it’s rainy you can play around with the complimentary crossbow in your room. Another cute detail (you find lots of them) will come again."

"The room is warmly furnished and well equipped, there is a warm light on the door, and then there are convenient hangers and tables that allow you to easily hand things in your hands, just like returning home!
Every furniture is placed very carefully, there are small snacks, candy and mineral water, the small restaurant can cook by itself, tools and seasonings are complete. The details of the careful layout are displayed everywhere, I like it very much, I will stay here next time I come to Switzerland.

"Very pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road.
