Sehr gut angetroffen. Tolle Aussicht, freundliche Begrüßung. Kommen bestimmt wieder, sind sehr zufrieden. Haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wohnung traumhaft, der Blick unbezahlbar.

Nous avons passé deux jours au 5émes étage dans une suite comme cadeau de ma femme pour mon anniversaire. 220€ + 20€ pour le petit chien + 15€ de parking soit 255€ ajouter a cela 230€ de caution pour dégât et nettoyage soit un total de 485€ L'appartement n'était déjà pas propre, il y avait du sable dans les chambres et la table de la salle a manger était grasse et imprégnée de tâche de vin. Afin récupérer notre caution nous avons nettoyer l'appartements de fond en comble étant tout deux maniaques. Nous avons étés mis dehors a 10h sans contrôle de la chambre par le femme de charge soit disant "confiance"....la caution devait être remboursée sur le compte dans les deux jours; Ce matin caution sur le compte de 200€, manque 30€...nous appelons et demandons des explications et soit disant le w-c était sale alors que nous avons laisser cette appartement plus propre que quand nous y sommes entrer, nous insistons au GSM et il nous raccroche au nez

Absoluut ontevreden met verhuurkantoor: Na poetsen, stofzuigen en dweilen van het appartement werd bij teruggave sleutels geen controle gedaan. Na enkele dagen werd slechts deel borg teruggestort wegens “onvoldoende gepoetst”, waar we absoluut niet mee eens zijn, het werd netter achtergelaten dan ontvangen (zelf de schimmel achter douchedeur werd verwijderd). Mails hierover werden niet meer beantwoord. We adviseren dan ook een controle en teruggave borg te eisen bij vertrek anders sta je machteloos tegen zulke praktijken. Spijtig einde van enkele dagjes zee.
