What a lovely little hotel in the heart of Ostend. We stayed for 2 nights and this was a great base to explore the city. We would like to add a special mention to Hannah one the lovely members of staff. When my husband fell ill she acted quickly and helped us to get him to hospital. He is fine now thankfully. We will definitely stay again. The rooms were lovely and clean the breakfast really tasty and lots of choice. Thank you for making our stay special.

Well placed hotel near the sea front and close to restaurants & cafes . Tidy clean hotel , bedrooms and en-suites comfy and quiet . Breakfast was more than adequate , continental and also some hot breakfast , bacon eggs & beans . Staff very friendly .

Enjoyed the stay here. Staff were helpful. It's comfortable, slept well, quiet room a reasonable buffet breakfast, close to restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the station. Would recommend the Mexican restaurant at the end of the street - El Mariachi.

Stayed 6 nights and the hotel was booked through work. The hotel is situated in the centre of Ostend, close to a great choice of shops, bars and restaurants. Although the decor is a little dated, don’t let that put you off from staying there. The staff are multilingual, very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my air conditioning and was given an upgraded room immediately, and was even helped to carry all my luggage to the new room. The rooms I had was double aspect, with air con, fridge, double wardrobe and separate bathroom with two sinks and a separate toilet. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. Breakfast is a combination of English and Continental. Overall, a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay Thanks Jans and to the team 👌🏽

Hotel: Some areas of the hotel are dated but this is replaced by the hospitality of the staff who work relentlessly work hard to ensure your stay is made comfortable. From front desk through to cleaners everyone there to help with stay. Facilities: Clean with each room well equipped hairdryer iron. Car Parking is available nearby but is limited will need booking in advance. Food: Good quality and fair prices. Number of places to eat in close proximity varying is price. Location: Perfect to explore Oostende, few minutes walk onto beach front and train links into Bruges within 5 mins walk to station. Enjoyed stay will definitely come back and explore more with the Hotel Pacific being our home 😊

Very friendly service,good location close to beach and bars/restaurants Breakfast had enough fresh products , good enough . Room was to small( had the type comfort room). Carpers coming loose , dusty, Old damaged dirty closet. Room was quiet and bathroom was clean and modern. A bit to dark in the room, lightning could be better. For breakfast and location worth a 3star but not for the room we got.

Comfort kamer 307 , piepkleine kamer zonder kast. Kleren moet je op een naast je bed hangen. Kamer was juist klaqr maar in de wc liep constant water. Zicht vanuit het raam op een muur. Bijna geen buitenlicht. Hebben wel een andere kamer gekregen die beter was. Ontbijt was heel goed. Voor ons was dit de eerste en de laatste keer.
