What an incredible experience : I arrived around 23:00, looking for a room and not sure I would find one at that time of day. Marc was much more than helpful : after taking care of my luggage and telling me how to best use my room access card (separating it from from the paper card he gave me), he even explained to me where I could find food at that time of day in Oostende. What a warm, friendly and professional service : thank you, Marc, I felt at home.

Had to book this one at 1am as got stuck in Oostende, charged 147 Euros with breakfast. No real complaints although I think the price was a bit naughty, when they wouldn't have sold that room otherwise. Average experience all round and definitely not worth 147 Euros

Our first visit since before the Covid crisis. The hotel has obviously been refurbished even although it was excellent on previous occasions. The breakfast menu has increased. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are great, as usual. We are already planning a return trip.

Beautiful hotel, well located a stone's throw from the sea, the shopping streets of the tram and bus. Quiet night. Very clean and well maintained room. We will come back, just to park it is a bit complicated but you can always park for 16.50.

Hotel Prado, charming near the center and the beach. Hotel well run by a young family. Our city view room was in good condition (impeccable bathroom with bathtub). Too bad there was only a good hanging but not a curtain. Reception done in accordance with the rules. The room had two good beds, wardrobe (without chest), two armchairs and small table. Entrance with magnetic card. Very complete breakfast with choice and well stocked. Possibility of renting a car space nearby (€16.50/day) because parking in the center is very expensive. TV with lots of channels (via telenet), impeccable wifi too. We hope to come back because the hotel offers great promotions outside of summer...

As has been the case many times before, it has always been an excellent stay. Location is ideal, near the sea, near the bus and tram stop and a few meters from the shopping street. The rooms are very spacious and quiet with blackout curtains. The bathroom also very spacious. WiFi works well. Coffee and tea in the room. Very friendly staff.

Hotel bien situé à 100 mètres de la plage dans une rue calme, situé à 50 m d yne station de tram...Accueil du personnel en français très chaleureux, propete8de la chambre +++, petit déjeuner gargantuesque, foncez nous y retournerons avec plaisir, ce sera notre point de chute à Ostende. N écoutez pas les potins,à la Cote, les gens sont accueillants, avec les Wallons que ce soit dans les bars, restaurants etc, et quand vous êtes un peu perdu dans le tram où dans les stations balnéaires les personnes d origine Flamandes vous aide en parlant français..
