We were rather disappointed with this hotel. Having seen pictures of the Art Deco façade, we naively assumed there would be lots of Art Deco elements inside also. We were wrong. Apart from the Café du Parc and the hotel lobby, the renovated hotel interior doesn’t seem to have any historic features. Booking over the phone, we understood our Comfort room at the back would be looking out over a courtyard, but it turned out there was no courtyard, only a kind of air shaft, and we had no view at all. We were glad we had only booked two nights because our room was very small and had little storage room. We had to stuff a large green pouf under the desk to prevent us from falling over it at night. The bedding was quite okay, but the bedside lights were useless for reading. Breakfast was served in the Café du Parc (reviewed elsewhere), which is not part of the hotel. Service for hotel guests was not great.

Had a fantastic two night stay here. The hotel as I understand it has recently been refurbished. It is beautiful. No lounge is probably the only comment I’d make even though it has a small library on the first floor. Rooms beautiful. We had a superior room overlooking the park. Fantastic Belle Epoque building sympathetically refurbished. Lovely shower room. Excellent staff. Not inexpensive but still very fair value. Lovely breakfast. We will return. Highly recommended.

Nice stay, although the standard rooms are quite small and without any view. We upgraded and those rooms were uncomparably nicer. Very nice breakfast. Their restaurant is also wonderful. Historical place also, art deco, all in all we enjoyed it very much indeed.

Wij hadden de junior suite geboekt naar aanleiding van ons huwelijk. De ontvangst was hartelijk en op de kamer had men een persoonlijk berichtje en een fles bubbels klaargezet als verrassing. Het is een mooi hotel in art deco stijl. De kamer was ruim en we hadden een mooi uitzicht. Het ontbijt is verzorgd en uitgebreid. We komen hier graag terug.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec ma fille et nous avons eu droit à une petite chambre cosy avec 2 lits jumeaux. Malgré que la chambre était un peu petite, on y a retrouve tout le confort !! De grands lits propres et confortables, armoires et étagères de rangements, télévision écran plat, machine à café, frigo, petit balcon, climatisation, salle de bain bien équipée avec grande douche italienne et surtout très propre, ... Le déjeuner est très varié et frais, sous forme de buffet L'hôtel est très CALME malgré arrêt du tram juste devant ! Le personnel est très aimable et accueillant ! Séjour parfait !

Hotel du parc in Oostende. Top hotel met vriendelijk personeel van check-in tot restaurant tot check out. Geweldig gelegen aan zee ,de winkelstraat en belangrijke bezienswaardigheden. Wij hadden de Marie Louise suite die blijkbaar op de 1ste etage lag en t.o.v.veel andere luxe hotels normaal op de hoogste verdieping zijn. Dit resulteert dan in lawaai s'nachts van hangende jongeren en de tram in de vroege ochtend. Verder was er niets op aan te merken. Heerlijk ontbijt ,goede restaurants op loopafstand. Zeker een aanrader voor een 3-4 daagse citytrip.

Het hotel is zeer mooi gerenoveerd. Bij aankomst was het onthaal vriendelijk. De kamers waren zeer proper met een heel goed bed en propere badkamer. Het ligt op een perfecte locatie en de parking van kursaal is vlakbij. Er was één klein "nadeeltje". Wij slapen graag met het raam open en het was enorm lawaaierig 's nachts. Roepende mensen op straat, auto's,... het ligt dan ook vlakbij de uitgangsbuurt achter de hoek. Dit is echter niet de "fout" van het hotel en zal ook van het moment afhangen. Wij gaan zeker nog terug als we nog eens een overnachting in Oostende nodig hebben.

Bijzonder aangenaam verblijf. Alles in Oostende is op wandelafstand. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Alles is in orde en netjes verzorgd.Bed is heel comfortabel. Kan niets bedenken dat beter zou kunnen. Een adres om te koesteren. Ik kom zeker terug.
