Great hotel in Oostende for a small budget. Good location, close to bars and restaurants. Easy to find and good service.
Rooms are not big if you travel with big suitcases, but manageble.
Just a few steps and you'll be at the beach to enjoy the Belgian coast.

Wow what can I say this hotel needs to be missed off any list. The rooms are dirty the sound of banging all night . We ask for milk and extra coffee and ended up buying our own from the spar . They lady in reception was rude until she realised we where staying an extra night .

DO NOT BOOK! The owner is extremely rude, accommodating and inflexible. It might be the cheapest in town but honestly so worth spending a bit more and not having this nightmare of an experience with this place. Owner refused to take us in due to a delay in checking in, it was the middle of the night in a ghost town. On top, he was having a go at me on the phone saying how rude and impolite i am for disturbing him.

So there are a lot of "horror-reviews" about this place and after staying for two nights I can somehow see where it comes from but I still think most of the criticism is WAY too harsh. I went there for the time of two Rammstein-shows and it was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, my room got cleaned every day after I left and the kind of "secret" parking which is a bit narrow, so not for beginners, was a nice safety factor. I did have a weird dark spot on my blanket but upon inspection I figured it was basically just a discoloured spot in the fabric itself - obviously doesn't look nice, but was definitely not a hygienical concern; just a case of "sheets that have been around a bit too long"; still everything got cleaned and washed every morning; I did see the cleaning staff in action every morning. I didn't expect to stay in a super extra luxury hotel, but a nice little accomodation in the city center to get to my shows and then have a few nice beers at the end before returning - and I got exactly that. The hotel IS kind of noisy, as the building itself seems to be rather old, so the walls are kind of thin, be prepared for that. But other than that, it really is by far not as bad as some drama queens on here describe it. I had a nice time in Oostende and the staff was super nice and helpful. Is it a family hotel? Probably not. Is it okay if you're staying alone or with a group of adults and are planing to have some fun in the city? Definitely.

A 4x4 m bedroom with shower room included, not clean at the bathroom door level. Upon entering, persistent cat urine smell even with ventilation and HE spray. View of fire escape and walls. Bad soundproofing. All at 350 euros for 2 nights!! Salty and sweet breakfast but at 15 euros. Other rooms are good, for 10/15 euros more but we got the last one. Abroad we have a 5 star for the price.

Well, we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome from the person who introduced us to a beautiful charming hotel in Ostend, the room was very good, very comfortable bed, huge screen, no noise, lunch with quality products , top. Worst hotel ever! Dirty and dirty rooms, bed is very dirty, shower with mold and full of hair. Breakfast is not possible and the most unfriendly lady you can imagine, I don't even want to go back for free. After a night in that bed I was disgusted with myself!
