Very disappointing hotel... Unfriendly staff. Partially renovated but even the renovated rooms are already dated. Wallpaper is loose or even partially torn; the chair in the room was broken. Hair in the sink of the bathroom upon arrival. Overall in the hallway and common areas, this hotel is dirty. Staff is super unfriendly. The spa is lovely though. I won't be returning.

Do not expect too much from the hotel. But you already know while booking, still the spa is good. Breakfast too small for the quantity of people the hotel has. Rooms are OK,as you might expect from the photos you see. The parking is an external company outside the hotel. But very close.

Professional, friendly and helpful reception. Top class breakfast - the staff in the breakfast room are very efficient and watchful - forever replenishing the trays, promptly clearing tables up for the guests who are anti-social and just leave dirty dishes on their tables when they leave. The wellness centre is divided into two, bathingsuit area and without area. Top class all round !

The Hotel was nice but our room was quite poor in quality. We were in room 462 on the corner of the building and the windows isulation was deficient and the heater was not sufficient to warm up the room. We felt the wind gowing through the windows... 17° in the room (we could meter the temperature with the babyphone of our child). So it was not ideal with a baby. The restaurant and the bar are very nice, so at least we had a recomfort being there with our kid. We wanted to enjoy the swimming pool with our kid where it is allowed, but the pool was quite cold, so impossible. I expected a heated pool as it is in a wellness hotel. No judgement here, it was not a promise but I expected it.

Worst experience you can have in a hôtel. Rooms are fine. We use to come time to time in the past with my son. For the moment there is a huge security problems in spa. Management is very poor so 1 employee freshly arrived can agress clients and do whenever he wants no rules...

Bedroom very good. Evening meal bit to be desired. Bar service is really bad. Manager very miserable. I felt for bar staff as they are very short staffed. I believe that this hotel cannot cope with lots of people. Stairs were not cleaned. Come back at 4 o'clock. Room had not been cleaned. No where to sit in reception.
