No reception, only access codes, paid buffet breakfast no longer exists, narrow and dangerous staircase, unidentifiable smell in the room, cramped room (impossible for two people to move around), no bedside table or table no chair, no heating in the bathroom, duvet too small for two people, no room maintenance.
