Good location, nice staff but worn down hotel.
This is far from a tre star hotell, massive upgrades are needed to get this back on track. It’s a pitty, because the location is superb.

This was amazing! Great hotel! I would love to come back here next year. You probably want to know I want to come back here. The pool is amazing. The food is amazing. It's not even cheap or expensive. It's marvelous!

40 year’s ago has been probably a great place.
The problem is that looks exactly as 40 years ago… same shower, same in-room phone.
I save the view and the location only.

Great, attentive, friendly staff. Extremely clean premises. Pretty period villa, very well maintained exterior. Splendid sea view. Small flat few parking spaces but possibility outside the hotel. Stay to be renewed very willingly in the summer to also take advantage of the restaurant service and the beaches.

Located in an ancient villa, the hotel has common areas with fine furnishings. It is a few steps from the sea and some rooms have a terrace. The rooms themselves, very basic, and the quality of the raw materials used for breakfast could be improved.

Hotel very well placed a few minutes walk from the beach the hotel is old but quite modernized. Everything is very clean. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast is plentiful. The service is of a good standard. I definitely recommend especially to take advantage of the bike path that goes to Imperia, almost 30km and as much to come back.
