We came from France driving motocycles and booked the place at the very last minute, were very surprised! Good vibes, amazing view, quiet and beautiful place. The breakfast is only 7€ and you can have a lot of different dishes, I really recommend it! Special mention to the receptionist who's super nice!

This was amazing! Great hotel! I would love to come back here next year. You probably want to know I want to come back here. The pool is amazing. The food is amazing. It's not even cheap or expensive. It's marvelous!

We stayed at the Hotel Petit Royal with b&b accommodation. The hotel is located in a strategic point with breathtaking views and easy access to the beach via stairs that lead directly to the seafront. The staff was friendly and willing to promptly satisfy our requests. Unfortunately the structure requires renovation/modernization. The room that hosted us was spacious but there was somewhat dated furniture despite comfortable mattresses. Sore point: the bathroom. Taps need to be replaced as they were leaking and the tub was very uncomfortable for a quick shower. Poor breakfast and poor buffet.

The structure on the outside gives a sense of antiquity but inside it is dilapidated especially the bathrooms which are dated and there is a smell of sewage. The breakfast is quite good and the maitre, an Albanian gentleman, is very friendly

Nice location but unfortunately the hotel is dilapidated, dirty and the staff are not hospitable. Old and noisy parquet flooring, poor breakfast and last but not least, at 10pm they kindly invited us to get up from the table. ABSOLUTELY not recommended.

The structure is dated with many flaws and is currently undergoing renovation. However the staff is very kind and caring and makes you forget the flaws.. It's worth it. Close to the sea and the seafront promenade. Breakfast included.

So regarding the courtesy of the staff and cleanliness, nothing to say. Courteous and helpful staff and clean environments. However, the state of the room is terrible, old, from the 50s. Heating does not exist and we rely on the heat pump of the air conditioner. Mattresses….. The bathroom. The sink inclined downwards towards the wall. The bidet without cap completely rusted in the drain and moreover with exhalation of a terrible smell every time than in other rooms. they downloaded. Bathroom with tub and without plug, perhaps stolen.... Without even a curtain to avoid getting wet. Two nights, it's true that Sanremo period, 689 euros... It requires a thorough renovation to be defined as a three-star hotel.

Good value for money hotel. A little in its original form but that's what makes it so charming, you feel like you're sleeping in a castle. The furniture, the decor, everything is from the period but everything is in good condition and of good quality. The room we had was super large with a super high ceiling. It was great. We had a good stay. And the staff is great. They do everything to accommodate you. We will not hesitate to come back.
