Book your family getaway at this charming Lakefront Home on Heaton Lake! Enjoy swimming, fishing! Peaceful setting with a large back yard for games. Only 7 minutes from great food and shopping in Elkhart. Close to the Toll Road and 30 Minutes from the Notre Dame Stadium. Excellent 1 Gbps Frontier Wifi. This is a very quiet neighborhood, No parties or events or fireworks and there is a Zero noise policy after 9 PM.
The water is less than 24" deep at the seawall and has a sand bottom that is great for swimming. There are 2 adult kayaks, 2 kids Kayaks, Paddleboat, and life jackets for adults and kids that you are welcome to use.There is firewood behind the shed for a campfire.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.
