"The best holiday inn, beautifully decorated, very new, large rooms, very friendly staff, parking lot, 19 euros for 24 hours, very empty at noon, but full at night. However, there is also a large parking lot opposite, 15 euros for 24 hours"

"The check in was easy. Furnishings and the amentities were very well and handy.
When we entered the room it was not cleaned due to misunderstanding between staff. Sp, we waited for few mins for the room to get it cleaned. There were still some stuff left by the previous guest."

"Such a great hotel: central location, stylish and very clean rooms, great mattresses. I slept very well. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. As someone who is allergic to wheat, I had no problem getting alternative bread rolls. Particularly noteworthy: all the staff were super friendly, very nice and accommodating. I would definitely come back!"

"The accommodation is nail-new and measured at the price is extraordinarily generous. I was particularly enthusiastic with the kitchen integrated in the living room: so complete and thoughtfully equipped I have never experienced it. The mattress is very high quality and overall the room was – including bathroom with shower and separately designed entrance area – ”perfect” furnished. The price-performance ratio is excellent.
Check-in is very easy once you have understood the system."

"We have been coming to this hotel for years and the service at reception gets worse every time. Unfriendly, inattentive, indifferent to how you are treated in this 4 star hotel. The guest has to say hello first in order to then at least get a look from the service staff. A ”warm welcome; we wish you a pleasant stay; good morning; goodbye and a nice journey home” was not possible. It is impossible how you are/were treated there as a guest.
The hotel is getting old, and unfortunately this is also clearly evident in the quality of the beds."

"We were very enthusiastic about this hotel.
It was very clean, we were very friendly with a hot drink and it was all explained and showed.
The room was excellent!!
It was all present as described.
The kitchenette with 2 dishes, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator were top all available. (cafe, tea, sugar, coffee milk )
We felt very well.

OOguzAIt’s a very good hotel with spacious, and renovated rooms. Large screen tv and bathroom was good. The location was also excellent for me. The breakfast was standard but sufficient, although the internet was a bit problematic. Overall, I was quite satisfied, and I would stay here again.

GGuest UserDer Herr an der Rezeption regt mit seiner Art schon beim Checkin die Überlegung an, ob man das richtige Hotel für sein Geld gebucht hat. An Unfreundlichkeit schwer zu überbieten. Die Handtücher im Bad waren komplett ausgefranst, stark verwaschen und teilweise mit Haaren verschmutzt, Antwort bei Reklamation an der Rezeption ”das kann schon mal passieren” war unpassend da eine Entschuldigung nicht über die Lippen kam. Die Abstimmung der Möbel zu Wänden, Boden und Gardinen war gut. Das chick eingerichtete Bad darf ruhig gründlicher gereinigt werden, der Abfluss in der Dusche war durch Haare stark verstopft, die WC-Bürste hat seine Verschleißgrenze auch bei den Gebrauchsspuren erreicht. Eigentlich ein wirklich gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, die oberflächliche Reinigung spiegelt jedoch eine fehlende Zimmerkontrolle wieder.
