We had to go to the reception everyday because of issues with the keycards not working. Stayed 7 days in total, 2 couples with 2 rooms. Our room was away from the club, so we would only hear people outside and ofcourse the ambulances, since the ER is down the street. The other room got heavily disturbed by the club until 6am even with windows closed, glass was shaking from the bass and they barely got any sleep. We also have been told on the day we arrived, that the spa would be open from 19-22 only to figure out on the last day that they meant the Sauna area. Could have used the whirlpool everyday but missed out on it because of the staffs poor english skills. We had to use Google translate to ask for a new towel at the reception. We also overheard the cleaning staff talking really judgemental about the amount of empty bottles they have found in our rooms. Overall the hotel was really clean and modern, the restaurant food was good and the drinks were tasty. We will chose a different hotel next time.
