Yine çok güzeldi. Restoran yenilenmiş, şık olmuş. Otel oldukça bakımlı ve temiz. Uludağ’da kalınacak en doğru adres. Genel müdür Murat Pınarcı her yıl artan kalitenin baş mimarı. Bize bu oteli sevdiren insan. Personel çok iyi. Garson İrfan Yerlikaya tam bir atom karınca, bu kadar çalışkan ve güler yüzlü bir garson hiç görmemiştim. Restoran sorumlusu Ayhan Balı ekibi ile birlikte övgüyü hak ediyor. Keza lezzetli yemekler için şef Nurettin Doğan ve ekibine teşekkür ediyorum. Ayrı ayrı tüm çalışanlara güler yüzlü hizmetleri için teşekkürler. Kısmetse seneye tekrar görüşmek üzere.

The food and the service here is perfect and the rooms and there hosting ,, i really thank DICLE the guest relation she is so helpful , kind and she can help you in anything in bursa ULUDAG . The food is good and the rooms is comfortable and the prices is good actually its the best place to visit in ULUDAG

The staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The theme was mushrooms and there was a professional mushroom lecture and hunt in the forest with explanation after and most meals had mushrooms. The hotel is a converted sanitarium, with a very clean spa, Hamman and one feels rested after breathing all the healthy air and taking part in different sports and eating balanced foods which are fresh.
