Yemekler iyi degildi, oda tamamen nemliydi. Koyduklari bardaklar kullanilmisti. Personel müsterilere hig dikkat etmiyordu. Oda servisini arayip su istedik, yarim saat sonra su getirdiler غذا خوب نبود اتاق كلا رطوبت داشت ليوان هايى كه كذاشته بودن استفاده شده بود پرسنل اصلا به مشترى ها توجه نميكرد سرويس اتاق زنك زديم آب كفتيم بعد نيم ساعت آب اورد The food was not good, the room was completely humid. The glasses they provided were used. The staff didn't pay any attention to the customers. We called room service and asked for water, but it took them half an hour to bring it الطعام لم يكن جيداً، وكانت الغرفة رطبة تماماً. الكؤوس التي وضعوها كانت مستخدمة. الموظفون لم يهتموا بالزبائن على الإطلاق. اتصلنا بخدمة الغرف وطلبنا ماءً، لكن استغرق الأمر نصف ساعة لإحضاره. puanlara güvenmeyin

The food and presentation are very good!, the staff is very friendly and helpful! the best ski hotel in the region! we came with our family. they made us feel at home. I recommend it to everyone. also the game room and game machines were very entertaining. this is a real family hotel!

We were there for a conference for a two-day event. The rooms and the conference hall were very good. The restaurant was excellent with very rich selections for breakfast and other meals. The staff were very friendly and very effective. The only negative thing for me was the volume of the music during the gala dinner for the event. Probably this is not the fault of the Hotel as the musicians are usually hired by the conference organizers.

Unfortunately it is not a good hotel. When we entered the hotel, there were no one at the reception. No one was there to pick up our car and the baggage. We were tired from long journey but the hotel did not make us feel comfortable. Very poor restaurant with a very few selection of foods. Our family left a day early, they were not allowed to have lunch with us. We had goodbye lunch in the separate places. Our family didn’t mind but they were our guest and it was not pleasant. We paid all the drinks after 9:30pm and the Turkish coffee separately. The hotel advertise full board but keep charging everything. I wanted to have a tea and pastry at 5pm but I’ve been told by the shef that they don’t have pogaca. Just gave some random biscuits. I left the place immediately. Receptionist wanted to give me a long lecture but we already decided to leave early as its not worth ruining our mood on holiday. We made our way to Cesme. I would never stay here again. I should also mention that the receptionist face was very down when we arrived to the hotel.

Good, warm rooms. Good stuff, good location! Big hotel. Unfortunately, there was no snow during our stay and therefore we weren’t able to get skis. I can’t write anything about this. So check the weather forecast before you arrive. We arrived at the beginning of January
