The location is exceptional. For the rest, they will make sure you feel welcome from the check-in until check-out, has a lot of reasons to highlight. From the reception, restaurants, spa, and housekeeping, all teams are extremely friendly and helpful. The moment you walk in, you feel like you're at home. The breakfast is made up of a combination of healthy and rich items. The hotel's rooms are very large and have smart screen apps, modern furniture, and other amenities (It has to be said that the huge balcony was our favorite). Since we were traveling with a baby, we opted for spring travel, but I'm sure it's even more magical in the winter. The effect it had on us was truly amazing!

2024 yılının ilk tatili muhteşem ve çok keyifliydi otel hem çok guzel hem de yemekleri çok lezzetli Genel Müdürü Ufuk Bey her şeyi kusursuz dizayn etmiş. Odalar çok ferah ve huzurlu. Yemekler şahane. Her şey en ufak ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Ayrıca İrem Hanım o kadar güler yüzlü ki her gün onu görmek insanı mutlu ediyor. A wonderful five star resort and spa type place. We were the first paying guests. Very safe and secluded. Very friendly staff and modern, spacious rooms. Good for hiking, though warned of bears and wolves. Food was haute cuisine. And great variety. Only big minus was the absence of alcohol!

Swissotel Uludag Bursa for the second time (06.2023 and 08.2024) excellent holiday in silence and nature. Morning walk with a guide up the mountain, outdoor warm pool with a view of the forest and clean air and excellent rooms. Excellent restaurant delicious food and bath complex

I had a 2-night stay experience for business purposes. It was my first Swissôtel stay, I encountered wonderfully designed and comfortable rooms. Everyone at the spa, from Tuğçe and Hande Hande to the room cleaners and waiters, was very attentive. I cannot imagine this facility in the winter season. I will definitely come again.
