3-Star Hotels in Oslob

The Island Front Resort is highly recommended if you are planning on staying in the Oslob area and/or are planning on seeing the whale sharks there. The Island Front Resort rooms are pretty basic, but very clean and located right on the water. It was definitely a very nice treat to eat dinner and breakfast facing the clear blue ocean and Sumilon Island, which is another tourist attraction. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact, if you plan on going to see the whale sharks, the staff will arrange transportation for you (at a very fair price) and even fast track you on the boat line with a complimentary guide, which will save you time and eliminate some confusion when you get there. The food (both the dinner and complimentary breakfast) was very good and priced very reasonably. I was hoping for just a clean basic room to sleep in (which I did get), but the good and fairly priced food and being fast tracked on the whale shark line were definitely nice surprise bonuses!! 😊

Spectacular location and views. The staff is friendly and helpful. The stairs are challenging for those who are unfit and discouraging even for the fit to go get a good cup of coffee at the local coffee shop in. The food is good and my room was nice, but there’s a problem with ants/bugs and probably needs more frequent bug spraying. This is a 3 star resort that is an amazing property. I will definitely come again.

It was really clean and good but booked 2x queen bed was only 1x queen 1 single bed. Even after asking and requesting they denied so we had to book an extra bed for the forfth person

This is a super hotel, so bright with a new renovation. But the most important thing is that the staff are very kind people who help with everything. Kent is a very nice guy, he booked us a queue for an excursion to the sharks at 5 am, we went to get the queue. Then we came back and went to bed. At 6 o'clock our turn came, we returned to the sea. He agreed that only the guys from our hotel, 8 people, were in the boat. We also rented a GoPro through him for underwater filming. And through the hotel we also booked places on a boat to Bohol. The location is excellent, 1 minute walk to the place where you can swim with sharks. The room is clean, the towels are snow-white. In general, I liked everything.

Service is excellent and very helpful. Owner even woke up at 1 am to make sure we catch our bus.(Thank you so much) Very good location (Aircon bus going back to Cebu starts at 1AM, hourly. Even have a nearby boat going to Dumaguete and Siquijor!) Our room has a good sunset view. Minor issues but its what we paid for. We’ll come back if we have time! Thank you! Lliam & Maye

It is a sufficient facility nearby if you are just to watch sharks. I arrived when I walked about 5 minutes. The shared part of the shower and toilet was clean. The water pressure is not strong

Nice, cheap place to stay. Right on the water and has a decent pool with bar and restaurant. About 15 minutes away from whale shark area. Only complaint is that the WiFi isn’t great... went in and out of service entire stay

Very clean! Friendly and pleasant staff. There is a small common kitchen where you can cook coffee. Hot water and toilet are fully in order.

It is clean, especially simple small hotel. There is no basic configuration such as toothbrushes. There is a list on the bed that can be covered. The water temperature of the bath cannot be adjusted. It is more troublesome to take a bath. The scenery is good, at the beach, the service staff are very friendly.
