It's very close to the subway station, the environment is very good, and the breakfast is good. It ends at 9:30 and starts to close the plate at 9:00. It's a bit unfriendly, maybe it is to prepare lunch. Also, one day I forgot to clean our room, which made me feel bad. All in all recommend

I booked a room 15/9 and got confirmation 16/9 for a stay 24-25/9. Only to arrive 24/9 to be told my room was cancelled - by random choice?? Explanation was errors in their booking system and 50 rooms overbooked, but only for one night. (Myself cannot help wondering if it had something to do with the huge Cruise Liner also just arrive in Oslo...) Nevertheless I have used the Ullevål hotel many times alone and with colleagues and to be 'random' cancelled is new to me.

room overrun with bedbugs. itching everywhere. unprepared staff. (it's not their fault. perhaps they have not been prepared) I waited 2 hours before I was given another room. (same category thanks for customer care). now I have no more clothes and I am full of bed bug bites. the nocturnal recepitonist is useless. there is never a parking space. I work at night and the rooms are too bright to sleep. to be avoided like the plague. VP room 3404

Room view was not what I expected for a full price double room. Reception changed room from double to single without informing me during check in. Noticed the view in the morning next day. Due to covid I did not want to start upsetting discussions at front desk. Mailed and complained but the hotel have after one month not replied.

Booked because of the chain, but not up to expectations. 1) Booked a double room, that was accessible with a wheelchair on a low floor. Room provided was on 7th floor of annex. told that's where handicap room is. Not happy but no alternative. 2) Access to annex is across the road and down a ramp, automatic openers do not work on that door, so difficult to get in and out with a wheelchair 3) Parking is not good, not enough spaces for the number of rooms, 2 disabled bays both occupied by cars without blue badges. 4) No air conditioning so room was hot. 5) Fried eggs at breakfast were cold 6) Main light in room not working 7) previous occupants lip balm left in room

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in August 22. The location is great, about 7-10 minutes from the tube station. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and delicious. All of the staff members were helpful, let us check out 2 hours later. The room and bathroom were both clean and very neat. It was a pleasant stay, we enjoyed it a lot. Thank you for our delightful experience! I highly recommend this hotel!
