Great location. The breakfast buffet had a big variety of food and I really enjoyed it. The lounge was cozy and staff was really nice.
However, the room is not worth the price I paid for. The room is small with the sink and mirror facing the bed. It is impractical to have the sink in the main room, and to have the mirror facing the bed, which has bad spritual meaning. Toothbrushes are not included, and there is no hair conditioner. There is also no air conditioning, but it is okay since Oslo is a cold city. There are several bugs in the corner of the room, and stains could be seen everywhere. The shower is insanely small, which is not friendly for people with bigger body types. There is also no physical lock in the door of the rooms.
Overall, everything about the hotel is nice except the room.

There was a little accident that the hotel assigned overlapping rooms, and my room card opened the room of a guest who was already staying there. But fortunately, the hotel assigned me a larger room.

Loved the breakfast--fresh and well presented.
Did not like the evening service in the same area--stood in line for 25 minutes for a drink while the wait staff ignored us.
Appreciated the breakfast box to take to the airport at 3:AM

Pretty good location - walkable and convenient to transpo. A tasty array at breakfast, especially the breads, potatoes, and homemade beans, but go early as food is only lukewarm after sitting out for hours. I enjoyed the view from my 8th floor room, which was very small for the price, but clean and sufficient.

Vennlig og serviceminded personal. Hilser og ser deg øyne hver gang når man er på vei ut eller inn, det er hyggelig.
Kunne ønsket litt mykere madrass og med flyffy dyne/pute så hadde det vært tip top
