The Hotel, although it looks a little old, is very well maintained, the perfect location very close to the Royal Palace, very well connected by tram and even if you want to take a walk, you would reach the main street in 10 minutes where you can find all the stores. The breakfast buffet is very complete with phenomenal quality. The employees are super friendly. If you need anything you can ask him without problem. Totally recommended. The hotel is actually well communicated, within by tram or walking. The staff is really helpful and kind, if you have any doubts or questions, they are always able to help you. A bit old but rooms are clean and have all the amenities you need. The breakfast is simply perfect, well service and you cold choose among several options. No doubt, absolutely advisable.

Very old hotel. The rooms are smoky. There is no cleanliness. Good breakfast and hotel location.

Mini room, there are railway tracks downstairs, there is noise during the day, but not at night, the breakfast is not bad, the overall is salty, especially the smoked salmon is really salty, not as delicious as the hotel I stayed in the previous two days. The hotel does not have umbrellas to borrow. Umbrellas can only be purchased at the hotel. There is no parking lot in the hotel. The nearby parking lot is a two-minute walk away. Easy park can pay 264 NOK. The front desk service attitude is good. The room shower room has floor heating. There are no floor towels in the room. Kettle and cups need to be borrowed at the front desk. Not quite up to the four-star standard.

We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel! Spacious clean room, decent bathroom, kettle, cups, coffee/tea. The windows overlooked the street with a tram, but this did not interfere with sleep. Good location, literally 10 minutes to the town hall) Excellent breakfast, varied buffet.

The hotel has a great location three minutes walk from the royal palace and 5 minutes from the main road. Good breakfast even if for the tastes of an Italian the dessert buffet should be implemented. staff very kind and ready to solve any problem, especially the receptionist we found in the evening. Recommended

The counter staff was very unfriendly, the bathroom in the room was too small, the soundproofing was not good, and it was an uncomfortable accommodation in many ways.
