In general, I liked the hotel. It is located right in the city center of Oslo. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes and many other different businesses and city sights around. The entire city center is pretty walkable. My check-in was very easy and fast. The front desk guy was very nice (as were all the front desk workers) and gave me a room on a high floor with a city view like I requested before arrival. The thing I did not like about the lobby is that it was very tiny, and there was not enough space there to sit, just a few chairs basically. Also the elevator was not very big, plus, it was slow. Unfortunately, my Standard Room was small too. Spacing was barely enough for one person. But in general I liked the room design even though it was pretty simple, but I still felt comfortable there. The major minus of the room was that it was not soundproof. I could clearly hear all the noises from the hall, including the noise from the elevator, because my room was just across from it. All the furniture in my room was in very good condition. The room was ideally clean. I really loved having a big panoramic window, that gave a lot of natural daylight to my room. I enjoyed the Queen-size bed, it was super comfortable. Another minus of the room was no refrigerator which was very disappointing. And one more issue for me was no actual closet in the room. There were just some hooks on the wall and also a little section next to the bed to hang clothes, but these hooks and hangers were not enough to hang a lot of clothes. Coming back to positives, I liked the bathroom. It was kind of small, but it was remodeled and looked very nice. I liked the heated floor there. And also the bathroom amenities were of a very good quality and smelled nice. Wi-Fi was working very fast during my entire stay. I paid approximately $110 per night for my Standard Room, and I find this deal was very reasonable for the good hotel quality I got in Norway, that is a very expensive European country. I absolutely can recommend this hotel for a stay if you go to Oslo and wanna be in the city center.
