Didnt’t receive any checkin details on my date of arrival. Ends at having to call Customer Service, for which you have to wait for a long time before any of their staff is available.
There was a strong beeping noise on inside the room all night round. We asked for changing a room as soon as we noticed the sound, around 6.45pm in the evening, but no staff was available to help us as we’ve told they finished their schedule as 4pm - which is ridiculous for hospitality industry.
We stayed awake for the entire night, as we were literally sitting next to a ‘fire alarm’.
The hotel was not only available to change a room for us, neither willing to issue any refund as a compensation.
Worse than a hostel, pretty much throw £100 away.
