A bit far from city centre,but very convenient by bus or tram. Staff is super friendly and the place is quite cute. Unfortunately my locker for the closet has broken when checking out, it took some efforts to solve..the reception girl is very helpful and responsible.

All the things are super good, nice staff, nice environment and just 3 mins away from the bus station.

Very clean and new, with lots of room in the dorms, also has large kitchen dining area.

Very helpful staff and great place to stay in Oslo. Close by the bus and tram stops. Everything was tidy and clean. Highly recommend!

Really it nice hostel it’s clean and everything new and big

The location is very good, very clean and convenient. The staff were very welcoming and professional when checking in! The hotel has a great sense of design, and the design of the rest area and dining area are very reasonable and convenient!

The service of this hotel is very poor, especially the hotel manager. There are two things I would like to remind you objectively: 1: I paid for the accommodation with a credit card, and found that 530.14PR was stolen from the credit card the next morning without leaving it. After many negotiations, it was returned to the card in about a week. What I want to say is: if I did not provide any information the next day and did not find that the money was stolen, then the result is that this hotel successfully stole the customer's money. 2: The chopsticks I put in the kitchen disappeared. I asked the staff, and he said that his mobile phone had been stolen several times, and my chopsticks had also been stolen. 2: The person in charge of the hotel temporarily added a rule that the customer had already paid the room fee and asked the customer to check out, and unreasonably drove the customer away. The attitude was arrogant and extremely bad, just like the performance of being possessed by the devil. Result: Everyone decides whether to stay or not, and decides whether such immoral behavior can make you feel safe to choose this hotel.

The environment is hygienic and tidy, there is a small kitchen, you can't cook, the bed is very soft, and most importantly, there is a big supermarket downstairs

There is no hairdryer in the room, which is very inconvenient. But other devices are acceptable

Overall it's very good, very clean, the bedding is very new and comfortable. The staff is also very enthusiastic, and the rooftop has a panoramic view of Oslo, which is very beautiful. The only drawback is that the paint smell of the bedside table is a bit strong, and the mattress is too soft. If you are not used to sleeping on a soft bed, it will be very uncomfortable. Another bad point is that the door of the dormitory is very loud, and people often come in and out. If you are a light sleeper, try to choose a single room.

This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are new and clean, and everything can be done by yourself. The location of the youth hostel is very good, there is a large supermarket downstairs. Although there are many people in a room, it doesn't matter at all. Everyone has their own curtains and night lights, as well as their own charging plugs. The facilities in the common areas are also very good. If I go to Oslo next time I will still choose to stay here!
