The parking situation is awful and so many potholes. The hallways and by extension the rooms reek of ****. The shower pressure was incredibly light.

The front desk staff was good. The breakfast was OK but hot food was terrible, the sausages was cold and 4 small pieces of eggs left in it (all dried up) at 9:45a.m. Supposed the breakfast close at 10a.m but when I asked the attendant to refill some more eggs, she went to check the left over eggs then told me "there is still some in it", I said "it's all dried up and it's not enough for two people, then she told me "next time you should come earlier. I said "there were few more people came in after me but nobody wanted to take it", she told me "I will try my best". Finally, I waited 25-30 minutes to get my eggs.

The breakfast was limited. A bagel, yogurt, juice and a muffin. The pool and hot tub are closed which was the main reason I chose this hotel. The hotel is decently clean, nothing fancy. Has a mini fridge, microwave, tv and DVD player. Bed was comfy, the ac worked well but was loud. The back door to the stairwell doesn’t lock so there isn’t much security. Overall I think if you’re paying over 115$ a night here, you’re over paying.

This place is so run down.

Swimming pool out of service and bad smell in the room

The location was convenient to where I needed to be and the breakfast offered was plentiful. The room needs some updating. The lamps which provided all the lighting as no overhead electrical (except in bathroom) were rusted and outdated. No place or outlet to charge my cellphone & towel holder in the washroom was also starting to rust. Although the staff were friendly & not sure why they felt the need to bang on my door at 8am to see if I needed anything. It was most annoying as I was sound asleep!

The hotel was clean and decent. But the rooms were a little outdated. In our room the blackout curtains were ripped, the pillows were lumpy, the comforter padding was misshaped so some areas had no padding at all and the usb ports didn’t work. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had an assortment of items to choose from.

Hotel very run down, smell in hallways was hard to stomach. Pillows either lumpy and hard or flat. We couldn’t shower because the tap had only 1 temperature which would scald your skin off your bones. Not good when you’re spending the weekend for a teenage boy hockey tournament. But, it was a cheap stay. So guess we got what we paid for.

2 main things that bugged me about this hotel: heat did not work well and showers had no hot water.

I didn't care for the lack of lunch and dinner dining service. I feel it was a bit overpriced for the lack of facilities.

25min check in No ground floor rooms but there were some available Ask for 1pm check out but front desk didn’t tell housekeeping this so I was woken up any way Ask Front Desk staff to have manager call me and 7days later, still no call.

The property has not been maintained at all all. Stains all over the carpets walls, bedding. Water stains all over the ceiling. Shower barely worked. It’s was very dirty and the halls smelt of ****.

Check in was fine, staff was friendly. The hotel is in major need of updating. The hallway smells of ****, and the walls and carpet need a good deep clean. I was honestly a little nervous walking in, as the place seemed a bit sketchy. Luckily, my room itself was clean and didn't smell like the hallways. It was also quiet at night, which was much appreciated. The buffet breakfast in the morning was also appreciated. I would probably not stay here again, but for one night just to sleep, it was ok.

I have stayed in the hotel multiple times and was disappointed in the last stay. The first thing I noticed was the fact that the sink was cracked. It look like they tried to fix the sink by glueing the pieces back. The tub was old and and looked dirty but after trying to wash the spot off I realized that it was due to the age of the tub. The other things to note in the room was the wallpaper was starting to peel off the walls, the furniture had chunks of wood, broken off on it. And the heater what’s broken and would only either stay really hot or really cold there’s no in between. The hotel itself could use a complete renovation to bring it up to date as it looks like it’s been sometimes since it’s been renovated.
