The stay was ok. However getting from the parking lot to the front door was kind of long and it was in an alley way so walking by yourself didn't feel too comfortable. Disappointed the pool was permanently closed. My room was clean but run down. It really needs to be redone. Breakfast was decent but not great. The one nice thing the hotel downtown was extend my checkout until 12pm.

The parking situation is awful and so many potholes. The hallways and by extension the rooms reek of ****. The shower pressure was incredibly light.

The front desk staff was good. The breakfast was OK but hot food was terrible, the sausages was cold and 4 small pieces of eggs left in it (all dried up) at 9:45a.m. Supposed the breakfast close at 10a.m but when I asked the attendant to refill some more eggs, she went to check the left over eggs then told me "there is still some in it", I said "it's all dried up and it's not enough for two people, then she told me "next time you should come earlier. I said "there were few more people came in after me but nobody wanted to take it", she told me "I will try my best". Finally, I waited 25-30 minutes to get my eggs.
