The hotel is a hotel that needs to re-design his lift, his wallpapers and some furniture. This Hampton is outdated, as are others under the chain. This is the third time I have been disappointed in a stay from Hampton. The staff is overly friendly and great at trying to make thing's right just feel that Hilton can be doing more by putting more back intontheir hotels for upkeep and upgrades for the amount that are being charged. The curtains did not shut all the way for privacy due to them being broken, the refrigerator leg/hinge was broken, so did not close properly and the trash had not been emptied upon arrival to the room. The pro to this entry is, the front desk staff was more than gracious and friendly. I give them kudos! Have been a longtime Hilton honors member, but sadly becoming let down in the last couple of years. Please don't use the pandemic as an excuse! They need to start putting money back into their resorts and hotels!

The lady who helped us at the service desk was rude and very unhelpful. We had drove all the way from Dallas to Orlando with a uhaul we booked 2 nights but couldn't make the first one as we were still on route. She didn't want to give us our room and said that the reservation was canceled because we no showed for our booking. Long story short we had to get the manager who was nice enough to help us and gave us our room.
