房間環境舒適，職員態度頗有善，盡量提供到有限的服務給我們。
食物方便頗好，有提供飯飲品等類型供我們選擇。早餐亦有多款食物，可以嘗試得到地道的美食，也有不同的飲品類型供顧客自行選擇。侍應也有跟客人保持距離令我們沒有太大的壓迫感，侍應亦有詢問我們食物各方面質素等如何，感到有親切的服務態度。
但認為關於溫泉部份不太好，因女湯那邊基本上沒有隱私，任何人只要打開門都可以看得到，希望可以改善這部份，而且起碼做出間隔令人方便可以換衣服

房間很大，榻榻米很舒服，入住在3樓，因為靠近温泉♨️，所以硫磺味可能會有一點點重，房間窗户很大，下了雪之後很美，早餐很好吃

通常、温泉は癒しと美味しいお料理を求めていくものですが、今回のホテルは全く裏切られました。
チェックインも早々に、夕食・昼食の時間、メニューオーダー、家族風呂の予約の全てをQRコードから、モバイルオーダーで予約しろというのです。
フロントへの連絡も090の外線電話で連絡。5年前にリノベーションで再建したホテルで、最小スタッフがギリギリで対応している様子。
料理もひどかった。洋食のか、和食なのか、とにかく塩分多すぎ。郷土食として出された「芋の子汁?」は醤油色で真っ黒。しょっぱい!!!
ステーキを焼くのも客前のパフォーマンスとはいえ、炎ボーボーで何とも危険、怖い思いをしました。貴社掲載の案内は良かったのに、現場は散々。中高年には向かないホテルです。

Got a 3 person japanesse style room. It was good, the hotel's sauna is very simple, so i recomend also exploring other saunas in the city, the room was good.
