Usually, one goes to a hot spring for relaxation and delicious food, but this hotel completely disappointed me.
Shortly after checking in, they told me to make all of my reservations for dinner and lunch, menu orders, and family bath reservations using a mobile order from a QR code.
I had to contact the front desk via an external 090 number. This is a hotel that was renovated and rebuilt five years ago, and it seems they are barely managing with the minimum number of staff.
The food was also terrible. Whether it was Western or Japanese food, it was just too salty. The "imo-ko soup" served as a local dish was the color of soy sauce and was pitch black. So salty!!!
Although grilling the steak was a performance in front of the customers, the flames were so dangerous and scary. The information posted by your company was good, but the actual situation was terrible. This hotel is not suitable for middle-aged and elderly people.

房間環境舒適，職員態度頗有善，盡量提供到有限的服務給我們。
食物方便頗好，有提供飯飲品等類型供我們選擇。早餐亦有多款食物，可以嘗試得到地道的美食，也有不同的飲品類型供顧客自行選擇。侍應也有跟客人保持距離令我們沒有太大的壓迫感，侍應亦有詢問我們食物各方面質素等如何，感到有親切的服務態度。
但認為關於溫泉部份不太好，因女湯那邊基本上沒有隱私，任何人只要打開門都可以看得到，希望可以改善這部份，而且起碼做出間隔令人方便可以換衣服

房間很大，榻榻米很舒服，入住在3樓，因為靠近温泉♨️，所以硫磺味可能會有一點點重，房間窗户很大，下了雪之後很美，早餐很好吃

Our rooms were extremely spacious. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and we were provided with numerous care products each day delivered to our door in baskets. We had a lovely garden view too. We were greeted and served by a lovely gentleman at the main desk. His English wasn’t great but he tried so hard and was so welcoming. One day there was no hot water on the hotel due to an ‘event’ and that same gentleman came to our room to tell us and had the message translated on his phone to show me. The music in the lobby was always spirited away music and it was very fitting. I use the ladies private bath and outdoor onsen. Noone else was there. It was so perfect. The hotel is close to the station. I really liked it here and highly recommend it ❤️

First time at Naruko Onsen. The hot springs are very good. Arriving at your inn, the smell of sulfur fills you with anticipation. The hot water is very good, with added water but flowing directly from the source. The room is normal. The front staff is very nice. Dinner was steak, but it was average. Unfortunately, the one person in charge of serving the food is very sloppy and makes a lot of noise as he cleans up the dishes like he's throwing them away. The hot springs are very good, and the accommodation is average.
