Location: Located in the northeast corner of Osaka Castle Park, it focuses on a quiet environment and is only a ten-minute walk from the lively Kyobashi Shopping Street. If you don’t plan to do a lot of shopping, this hotel’s location is still very good. Transportation: There are three nearby stations, all of which are basically within ten minutes’ walk. You can take the Osaka Metro Nagahoribashi Line directly to Shinsaibashi. There is the Keihan Electric Railway that can go directly to Kyoto Gion and Sanjo. There is also the most popular one in Osaka. The Jr Loop Line (can reach usj, airport, and Kobe) Facilities: It is hard to imagine that this is a hotel that opened in 1986. The facilities are very well maintained. Hygiene: Like the facilities, as an old Japanese brand hotel, the hygiene is clean and there is nothing uncomfortable. Service: Maintaining a high standard of service content as always In the future, Osaka will be my first choice without any surprise.

Conclusion I will never stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka again. The room was the smallest I have ever been at and part of the window was blocked by a wall outside the room. The check in and check out was chaos with a huge queue. The hotel is outdated too. The only positive thing regarding this hotel is the club lounge. Review I arrived with the Shinkassen at Osaka station and the hotel is in walking distance from station. The train station is huge, and I was difficult to find the right exit. The hotel is located in a business area, but there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Not the right area, if you are a turist. I arrived at 2 pm, where I could not get me room even I am an IHG diamond member. Came back after a couple of hours, where there was a huge queue. Check-in took between 45-60 min. It was the same situation, when I should check out. It is not possible to check out in the IHG app. Even I have the highest status in the IHG program, I got the smallest room in the hotel. It was not possible to open my suitcase in the room - i don’t want it on the bed. The window was partly blocked by wall outside the window. The room is very outdated. I had access to the club lounge, where I had a couple of drinks during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The lounges was ok but it was busy.

location is right in front of the subway station and very convenient to go anywhere since there are 2 subway stations near by the hotel. However, if you wanna go to city centre like namba/umeda, u can walk but may still need to take subway. (I choose this hotel after considering with a hotel in Namba since I thought I could find more local restaurants, but actually many places closed early...) Overall service are great, but would be better for trainee to do the check-in process with a senior staff since it took a longer process than normal and made a few mistakes although she was super kind. Staffs are all nice and very helpful! Facilities are so clean and the public bath is also good to try!

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.

Fantastic location - 20 minutes walk south to Shinsaibashi with all the amazing food and little shops. 20 minutes walk north to Umeda with more ‘proper’ restaurants. Service was great - housekeeping and reception desk were fantastic and polite, really helpful with just everything, be it luggage, calling a restaurant to check availability or heating up food from the markets. Room was clean, no issues with anything. Heads-up: bring a power board if there’s more than one traveler due to lack of power outlets in the room - only had one easily accessible.

As a brand new addition to the Toyoko Inn chain, I am impressed to see a familiar room design with some upgraded features. Firstly and most important, USB charging is introduced, so travellers no longer need to bring their own plug adapters. Secondly, decor of the room has become nicer, with one wall painted in chic green. In-room wifi is of course provided. The location of the hotel is good as well- it is about 8mins walk from JR Sakuranomiya Station, which is on the Osaka Loop Line and is just 2 stations away from Osaka main station. Although the hotel is surrounded by ”love motels”, it is also adjacent to the Sakuranomiya Shrine and the riverside park, which had really beautiful cherry blossom trees. As we stayed in April, the blossoms were really magnificent. Breakfast was no-frills and typical Toyoko style. Staff were friendly. I would be happy to stay here again.

The rooms were small but cozy. I stayed with two friends in this hotel, and we all fit comfortably in the space, although, suitcases were hard to open. There was one concerning part of the hotel there is a fogged glass window on the bathroom door, and you could see the people inside. The housekeeping came around daily, and there was a fresh supply of towels, fash washers and soap each day. The hotel also has free massage chairs that were amazing after a long day of walking. The food was very traditional, and there were no western options. The food may be an issue for some, but my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the food provided.

This hotel was gorgeous. Staff are lovely. Our twin room was spacious with very comfortable beds and, again, plug in facilities for all our electronic devices without having to use our international plugs. Coffee, tea, etc on tap 24 hours in the lobby and, for those who travel with no pyjamas or toiletries, all was provided in the room. Weird & wonderful was that you could put your laundry in the washer/dryers and see from the screen in your room when it was finished and ready for you to go back & collect it. Train stations are close to hand. A huge shopping mall down to the right of the exit but if you want to find good eating places turn left from the exit and you will only have to walk a few hundred metres to find many choices.

I used it because it was just renewed and it was close to the station by train to go to Osaka Castle Hall. It was very beautiful from the appearance to the inner view, so it was easy to spend, and the station and convenience store were very convenient without a few minutes walk. Despite the hustle and bustle of the city and the time, there was no bustle of foreigners, and it was the impression around the station called the residential area a little far from Namba and Umeda. It is very convenient because it is one train (1 station) to Kyobashi where restaurants and restaurants are lined up. I think it is especially recommended for those who visit Osaka many times. I stayed at the standard twin, but the room was perfect, and the price was affordable and very good despite the end of the year.

On a return trip to Osaka, I chose to stay at Hotel Noum and I'm so glad I did! A three night stay turned into eight nights due to unforeseen circumstances, and I can't recommend this hotel enough. I chose a Riverview single room and it was perfect for me/one person. Windows lined the entire room and it looked onto the river. You can also access a sweet plant-lined terrace from this room. I appreciated the laundry facilities and kitchen equipment on the 5th floor--so helpful. It is the one time I would recommend potential guests to definitely get the breakfast plan with the room. The food is terrific. Coffee too! The staff were all outstanding--front desk, management, kitchen--all amazing. They were so accommodating and really helped me out when I needed it. The neighborhood at first looks a bit quiet, but dig deeper and you'll find some excellent hidden gems--fun, cozy wine bars, cool restaurants, clothing shops and a bustling restaurant and shopping scene only a few blocks away. I was sad to leave! Thank you, Hotel Noum!! I hope to return someday soon.

Hotel repeater. I forgot about Christmas ⛄️🎄✨, so I booked a room on the south side for the first time in a long time. Short stay for two days and one night from December 25, 2022. Thanks to Chinese tourists who brought home others' things, there are only the minimum items necessary. The next day, I had a mysterious experience just before I woke up. A man wearing an eboshi that gently hides me says, ”Don't open your eyes yet. You will be taken away.” After awakening, I gradually woke up at ８ 30 minutes. Breakfast was ordered at ９ 30 minutes, but I was able to get it as usual. It was a treat. Thank you for the university potatoes lined up on the table 😚

First of all, this hotel is not as close to the subway as the merchants have told for nearly six minutes on foot. It is purely a lie. Kyungbashi Station is 1.2 km away and walks without a word. Then this hotel is purely self-help. There is no staff to call. The voice operation is very unpleasant. How much time do you have to clean the service? If you need to pay 1000 yen, once the toiletries and paper towels are used up, there is no need to continue. The bath towels are not replaced by the ones. We have a family of three for the towel and Ctrip. They can't find anyone. Although they had clean towels and paper towels the day before they left, my mood is still very bad.
