I had booked a stay for two nights. The air conditioning was off for the entire second night. When the room got suffocating, I checked with the help desk. We reserved 2 bed and 3 bed , total of 2 rooms connecting. It was convenient for party of 5 travelers. The amenities including electric converter was provided in the room. What we like about Karaksa is the bed, bathroom, and room is very confortable. English translated system on TV, AC and Laundry as well. 4 laundry machines with coins in located at 4th floor. Very convenient. During the rainy days, towels are provided at the entrance for free. You can also monitor the status of the laundry machine as well. What a service, we love it We love staying at this hotel, definitely recomended for family stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights , all good ! First we booked for 5 nights and after that we were supposed to move to another hotel but ended up canceling another booking and extended our stay at One Five for two more nights. You can easily walk (about 15 min) to Doronbori and all the restaurants, ( also the glorious KUROMON market) but at the same time the hotel neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside for me was that windows didn’t open , but in the end it turned to be okay. You can pick the toiletries and the free coffee at the lobby, also use the microwave when you need it. Very friendly and helpful front desk.
