The location is unbeatable, multiple convenience stores around, 7-10min walk to Dotonburi and various stations, lots of restaurants and quiet streets at night time. The hotel also has a cafeteria with free tea, water, melon soda, coca cola and other refreshments that are available 24/7. The room itself is simple but very comfortable and has everything you could need. Rooms are cleaned daily and amenities replenished too, even if you opt out of cleaning by sticking a ”Do not clean” magnet on the door, they then put everything in a bag and hang it on the handle. The staff is mostly professional, speak decent English and the check-in/out process was easy. Where it loses points is due to the following: On one of our big days out exploring, we came back to the hotel at around 8PM. The Front Lobby was filled with a big and disorganised Chinese group/family of 12-16 people who were scattered throughout the lobby. They did not all have a hotel key card, I know this because there was an employee by the escalator using his key on the elevator to send up them to their rooms. So my girlfriend and I got our keys out, got to the front of the other elevator and showed our cards as a way of gesturing if we could go up. The employee rejected us and we got the idea that we had to wait. Now I don't know about you, but I don't see why I need to wait for something that isn't my problem. Their lobby was littered and the tourists were being loud and screaming at eachother from across the room. We were not going to wait. Line them up in front of one elevator and use the other one for people who are entering and exiting, and if no one is entering and exiting, then let them use both elevators. Such unprofessionalism. We decided to leave and go for a walk and kill time at the local convienience store, but it definitely ruined our day and experience with the hotel. Another reason is I asked if they could make a restaurant reservation on my behalf, the bird cafe that I wanted to go to had a registration and booking process that was not friendly for tourists. It required me to write my Japanese Name for some reason, as well as phone number. The hotel said they could not make such reservations for me. I ended up walking in and was lucky it was a weekday and it wasn't as packed. Also be sure to check how many adults is listed on the room you plan to book, I didn't check properly and mine said 1 Adult, even though it fits 2 and the amenities were stocked for 2, this mistake of mine cost me 14,000yen (2000yen a day) because I had my girlfriend with me.

Exceptional service - the front desk helped me to arrange taxi to the airport and it was not easy because they were fully booked. The person tried many times and finally found a taxi for us, much to our relief. The front desk is trained to ask all the right questions, staying calm. They also helped to receive my transferred luggage from another hotel. All timely and accurately. It deserved a 6 star for such exceptional service. The hotel ambience has a calming effect as it is dark but lighted on the areas that you need to see. We have no problem even though some people commented on it. Great location Room size is comfortable and considered a fair size, in fact, slightly larger and well planned. Breakfast has a good spread. Think it is great to open at 6.30 am as it gives maximum time to have an early start. Highly recommended for couple and families.

The location is excellent, just 200 meters from the subway entrance to the hotel. The hotel staff can be understood if they speak English more slowly. Their vocabulary is average, but their hearing is very good. You can repeat it in another way to confirm. The hotel is fully equipped and has one or two sets of towels and other sanitary products. If there are not enough, you have to help yourself at the front desk and they will not be replenished. The two 26-inch suitcases are a bit cramped when opened, making it difficult to pack. If you stay for more than one night, the room will be cleaned and sheets will be laid out.

Hotel is stone throw from two of the major POA, Kuroman market and Dotonbori, and Kintetsu-Nippombashi Station where one can escape the weather element anf shop till Osaka Namba station....The hotel has everything you need and the packet Kopi aka Coffee is good. The hotel provide free umbrella too in case there is rain

The room is quite nice but it’s very very humid it also overlooks the street which can be a bit annoying at night as it’s not sound proof, I think they should tell the guests not to be Loud after midnight as some guests try to sleep, they don’t have a washing and drying coin machine which can be extremely helpful, if you are looking for a good location then this is the place for you

The room was great as it is walking distance from shinsaibashi subway station. There are 2 timing of bus shuttle 7:05am and 3:05pm to Kansai International airport. It is not free as it cost 1600 yen per person. It can be purchased at the kiosk machine besides the check in counter. Walking distance to Daimaru where you can get sushi, Ramen, takoyaki etc at basement 1. Quite convenient overall

This hotel is right at in the middle between Shinsaibashi Dori and Dotonbori. Very good service from the front desk, one lady at the breakfast area is a bit snubbish though. Breakfast can be improved, not mush selection in the food selection in the breakfast. Overall it's a good hotel

Great location. Very near to Dotonburi as well as the Nipponbashi Station. The staff was helpful and mindful. The room was bigger than expectation. Overall was satisfying during the stay of 4 nights.

The hotel is clean and new, the lobby is nice, but smoking is allowed on some floors and there is an acrid smell of cigarettes, be careful of this who doesn't like it. Breakfast costs 1500 yen per person, there are machines to buy drinks and washing machines for coins on different floors. We were provided with umbrellas for free in rainy weather. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood, close to Dotonbori Street.

Location wise pretty good as it was a good walking distance from Dotonbori! (glico man) But roads below were very noisy and there were ambulance every night which u can clearly hear, not the cleanest street below as well but no complaints otherwise
