Location is walking distance to metro station. There are 7/11, Lawson convenience stores around the hotel. Also there are eateries (cafes, restaurants) found along the way to metro. The room is spacious and clean, value for money.

Since I was able to walk about 1 minute about 3 years ago, the slogan ”Have you been there yet?” In our condominium, ”From check-in to check-out, you can enter the hot spring day and night” and ”Open-air bath is the best” It is popular that ”the breakfast is rich in variety and can be eaten every day” and ”the movie is free to watch”. I was indebted to using it when my parents and friends came to play, but I finally experienced it while I couldn't travel with movement in the corona pot 々. Infectious disease control is also firmly taken, and when you enter the elevator or bathroom, you can rest assured that security is perfect with a card key. Natural trees and large stones are often used in the indoor bath and open air in the large communal bath, and it was like being in the wilderness, and I was able to forget my daily life and relax. There are about 20 kinds of breakfast buffets that are healthy, such as small bowls, beef stew, clam miso soup, rice, many Japanese and Western dishes, vegetable salads and cut fruits, etc. Needless to say, neither I nor my wife had lunch. Since it is a business, there is no dinner, but there is a high-class supermarket Koyo operated by Aeon directly opposite the hotel, and you can procure lunch boxes and warm them with a microwave oven for customers at the restaurant on the 13th floor. You can spend a relaxing time watching the night view of Osaka with free beer and wine. Although it is a customer service, the smile of all the staff including the clean staff was wonderful, and I felt high motivation and hospitality. I am impressed that there are only well-known Kyoritsu maintenance facilities, and I am proud of my town. In the future, I would like to use it as our ”distance”.

This location is very near to osaka castle, within 5minutes walking distance. You can easily access to osaka castle in sunrise or sunset or even midnight to take a good photo shot. Nearby there is 7eleven, lawson, family mart, upon you exit from subway station. Breakfast relatively good range of variation and even free coffee for take away. Room is more spacious than you usually seen in dotonbori or namba area. Very easy access to subway. There is no free amenities like moisturiser, lotion.

Microwave is super filthy, shocking to see such unhygenic scene. There is no one at the reception after 11pm so you need to tap hotel card to get in and there is only 1 room card given. Toilet is super small with no bathtub and basin + shower were combined area. Very budget hotel with very limited toiletries given so best to bring yours. Quiet alley walking to the hotel and there is not many amenities around except a Lawson near the hotel.

It's so close to Osaka Castle Park, just across the road. There are also Osaka Prefectural Government Department Building and NHK Osaka Building on this road. It's in the city center and very cost-effective. There is a snack shop downstairs in the hotel, so I bought some as souvenirs. The hotel room is indeed very small, but it is quite clean. However, it is very noisy in the corridor in the morning and evening for some reason, and the hotel cleaning staff is also quite noisy.

The hotel is located close to the Exit 5 of the Green and Brown Lines of Osaka Metro. However, prepare a strong heart because when you arrive to the exit you will have to climb 4 floors of stairs to reach the hotel every time. The other exit with lift is further away. The hotel itself I will only classify as a modernised INN rather than a stared hotel, not as per its name stated. The cleaning services are not up to the standards you would expect for normal hotels in Japan. The breakfast itself is another downside if you live here more than four nights, because you would only have four choices everyday every time you go down. The chef made good food but, having stayed here for 9 nights you will get sick and tired of the breakfast pretty soon. Rather, I would recommend just go to local Japanese supermarkets to shop for breakfast and bento for the next day.

I passed through the signal crossing immediately, and I could hardly see the signboard, so I passed. The signboard of TY Inn is flashy, so it enters the eye. I called the hotel and walked from the subway station and visited ”TY inn is nearby because I can see it” and asked, ”what store is it?” Just see the signboard, you can't know what store. Not far from ＴＹ inn, as if you can't read the air. This is low level!! I can evaluate that the signboard is not flashy, but on the other hand, there should be many such inquiries.Even if I finally arrive, I don't feel hospitality at all, and I don't feel good. I'm sorry for the dryness, but I need to reeducate my employees. This is a frank opinion.

The location is unbeatable, multiple convenience stores around, 7-10min walk to Dotonburi and various stations, lots of restaurants and quiet streets at night time. The hotel also has a cafeteria with free tea, water, melon soda, coca cola and other refreshments that are available 24/7. The room itself is simple but very comfortable and has everything you could need. Rooms are cleaned daily and amenities replenished too, even if you opt out of cleaning by sticking a ”Do not clean” magnet on the door, they then put everything in a bag and hang it on the handle. The staff is mostly professional, speak decent English and the check-in/out process was easy. Where it loses points is due to the following: On one of our big days out exploring, we came back to the hotel at around 8PM. The Front Lobby was filled with a big and disorganised Chinese group/family of 12-16 people who were scattered throughout the lobby. They did not all have a hotel key card, I know this because there was an employee by the escalator using his key on the elevator to send up them to their rooms. So my girlfriend and I got our keys out, got to the front of the other elevator and showed our cards as a way of gesturing if we could go up. The employee rejected us and we got the idea that we had to wait. Now I don't know about you, but I don't see why I need to wait for something that isn't my problem. Their lobby was littered and the tourists were being loud and screaming at eachother from across the room. We were not going to wait. Line them up in front of one elevator and use the other one for people who are entering and exiting, and if no one is entering and exiting, then let them use both elevators. Such unprofessionalism. We decided to leave and go for a walk and kill time at the local convienience store, but it definitely ruined our day and experience with the hotel. Another reason is I asked if they could make a restaurant reservation on my behalf, the bird cafe that I wanted to go to had a registration and booking process that was not friendly for tourists. It required me to write my Japanese Name for some reason, as well as phone number. The hotel said they could not make such reservations for me. I ended up walking in and was lucky it was a weekday and it wasn't as packed. Also be sure to check how many adults is listed on the room you plan to book, I didn't check properly and mine said 1 Adult, even though it fits 2 and the amenities were stocked for 2, this mistake of mine cost me 14,000yen (2000yen a day) because I had my girlfriend with me.

Stayed there for 3 nights when we are in Osaka. It is easy access from the Osaka Metro red line station M18 (exit 2). There are lifts to reach the Metro platform and the ground so it's convinient for you if you travel with luggages. Obviously it locates in the business area but there are a few family mart/7-11 stores around the hotel along with some small restaurant/noodle house. Not so crowded in the area. If you book without free breadfast, I suggest to go to the coffee house-Detour in the ground level of the building (it is not belong to the hotel). It's resonably priced. Will consider this hotel if we are back to Osaka in the future.

The room is about 2 times ～1.5 times as large as the usual business hotel, and there is a veranda, so the window is large, and the room feels bright, so there is no pressure, and it can be spent with a very stretch feeling. The bus is independent and there is a washroom, so you can take a bath without hitting it everywhere. In addition, the bathtub is extended and soaked, so you can enjoy the bath time slowly. However, there is no desk in the room and there is only a round table and sofa, so it may not be very suitable for desk work using PC or something. Breakfast is now a set menu due to the influence of the new corona, and it is a form of choosing western or Chinese. Both are delicious and full. In the hope, Western food and Chinese are dressed in advance for salad, but I was a little bit hard because of the soy sauce system with strong acidity. I hope you can choose dressing. It's not long since it's opened, so the facilities are new and you can stay at a good price in the GoTo campaign. I want to use it again even if the corona ends and the accommodation fee rises a little.
