The room is very clean, self-check-in is very convenient, there is an induction cooker in the room for cooking, and it is very close to the Kuromon Market, so you can eat wagyu as you like. There is a washing machine, and most importantly, there is a drying room, so you don't have to wash a lot of dirty clothes this time. Towels, paper towels, etc. are placed in a cabinet in the corridor, and you can take them if you don't have enough. The details are very thoughtful, and it is the most satisfactory hotel for this trip

Great location, just a few minutes away from Tsutenkaku and Ebisucho station! Check-in and check-out was incredibly fuss free, and they send instructions on how to check-in a few days before your trip & on the day of your arrival. The room entrance has a little nook for your luggage and day bag(s), as well as a big umbrella if you need it, and the room is big enough to open my suitcase completely and still have room to walk! Everything was working and refilling amenities was very convenient so I never had to interact with customer service. Cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again!
Housekeeping does NOT clean up the room during your stay. Tidy your room and dispose of your trash yourselves! The garbage disposal room is in a room on the right after you exit from the main entrance.
One thing to note for solo travellers: the building is in a relatively quiet area. Foot traffic in the area is sparse throughout the day. But the staff working in the shops along the way are friendly and willing to walk with you if you need the help!
The hotel apartment was a beautiful and cosy place to sleep. The beds were super comfortable and the overall room was lovely! The wifi was great and could connect to the TV for Netflix and Apple TV!
Lots of towels and extra incase. The washing machine was a great bonus! Balcony was was a great size and lovely view of the tower. It was super quiet at night too.

We stayed four nights at Kuromon. Overall, the experience was positive. The owner was very responsive to our enquiries and accommodating for families. The apartment is close to everything!
Location is great, and the apartment is clean!
The only downside is the sensor street light just outside the apartment. Whenever people walk by or there’s noise, the light turns on and makes the whole room very bright at night after the lights are off. It would be great to have curtains to block it out.
Location is quite good but still need to walk a bit to get to the train station, Dotonburi is also quite close. There are a few mini markets nearby.
No issue for check in and check out, and we actually can get to the room earlier than listed check in time.
Room feels a bit cramped for two adults and two children. There is washing machine and balcony to dry the clothes. Wish they have a dryer fan in the bathroom so we can dry the clothes inside when it is raining outside.

The price including tax is cheap, the location is good, and the room is spacious with two beds, so I think I made a good choice.
I knew about the construction because of the reviews, so it was easy to find the building.
I thought the construction would be finished by the second week of April, but it was still in progress.
It was very noisy around 9-11 in the morning, but fortunately I was up, so I wasn't annoyed.
However, I could hear the construction noise all the way to my room, and at night or in the evening, I could hear mumbling from the next room?, so I don't think the soundproofing is good.
There was no mirror except for the bathroom sink, so it was a bit inconvenient to put on makeup.
The floor in the room was carpeted, not wooden or plank, so after washing up and walking around a few times, there was a lot of dust and hair on my feet.
I was told that there would be an additional fee for requesting room cleaning, so I kept that in mind, but I think it would be good to bring indoor slippers.
Aside from that, everything was good! It was nice that it was close to Kuromon Market, the station, and Dotonbori. The facilities were not outdated and were large, so I will visit again when I go to Osaka again!

Facilities: Because it is a homestay, there are washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves, cooking utensils (two small pots and an induction cooker), dishes, detergents, dishwashing sponges. You can buy raw food from the nearby supermarket to cook, or heat up cooked food to eat. It feels very convenient and you can also better experience the life of locals. The space in the room is very reasonable. There are two places to spread out the suitcases as soon as you enter the door. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.
Hygiene: Warm and clean. Because it is newly renovated, the overall facilities feel very new, and the toilets and bathrooms are also clean.
Environment: The surrounding area is relatively quiet. It is a short but relatively close walking distance from the subway station. You can see the scenery of the surrounding streets and alleys. It is very convenient to Shinsaibashi and Universal Studios. There are about six or seven rooms on one floor. The sound insulation feels very good and I didn’t hear any disturbing sounds.
Service: Self-service check-in, you can see the check-in guide one or two days in advance, and you will also receive a notice of self-service check-out. According to the guide, register your passport information on the website and check in after 4 pm. It feels smooth. Contact the hotel customer service from Ctrip chat and the reply is very fast.

It is located 10 minutes walk from the stations of different metro lines, convenient. Check-in is via a tablet at the entrance, you can figure it out. There is an elevator. In front of the elevators there are sets of toothbrushes, combs and tea. The interior is pleasant, there are many storage places. There are no sockets by the bed and table, but there are extension cords. There is a vacuum cleaner, it is very helpful to maintain cleanliness without calling a cleaning service. There is a washing machine, but without a drying function. It took us a while to figure out how to turn on the hot water, because the instructions in English were not entirely correct. The support responds quickly. The apartment lacks a full-length mirror. The bathroom lacks a shelf for a towel and hooks to hang clothes while you take a shower and hang a wet towel after.

The experience of staying again was not bad😌It is about ten minutes' walk from Namba or Nipponbashi subway station. There are also many convenience stores around. It takes a few minutes to walk to Kuromon Market. There are still a lot of food and drinks🤩The double room has no curtains, which is still hard to accept. After all, I wake up every morning because it is too bright😭😭The day before check-out, I was woken up by a fire truck🚒 at 2 am. 8 or 9 fire trucks were parked downstairs. I don’t know what happened😓 Later I asked the police👮, but they didn’t tell me anything; I am still a little scared when I think about it, after all, if something happened, no one notified us

NNNgambanharnThe accommodation is easy to walk to, near Dotonburi & Shinsaibashi. The room is spacious and comfortable, feeling relaxed. Stayed in a Pokemon-themed room, there were big dolls, Pokemon-patterned walls, Pokemon-patterned plates, glasses, and a set of cute Pokemon cloth bags as a bonus. The room layout is good, separated from the bathroom and toilet. There are many hangers, very convenient. The bunk bed area is strong, adults can sleep on it. The accommodation has a washing machine and dryer on the 1st floor, very convenient. It is right across from the entrance to Orange Street. On the way back, it is convenient to take the Rapit train to KIX at Namba Station. It is not too far to drag your luggage.

DDianaIt’s an automatic Check in hôtel, with a “kitch” look. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but a 25 mn walk to the center. Hopefully we know that Japan is safe because it was a bit scary. Also, it’s very very small, mainly the bathroom. Not sure that large people can even use it. The beds were very hard. But it was clean, with all amenities needed. Good enough for 1 night but a bit expansive regarding the size of the bathroom and the neighborhood.

PPolly296Our stay in apartment was very pleasant - convenient self check in, the location is near two convenient metro stations, a lot of stores around as well as a shop with ready made Japanese food (very cheap and perfect for returning from a long day). All the amenities were great, including the washing machine and capsules for washing, the true Japanese bathroom that combines shower and a bath. A great plus was a mini balcony and usb chargers. May be a little too loud during Friday night, cause there is a bar downstairs, but overall one of our best stays in Japan!

ZZhimingtingsuoniThe hotel is checked in on the second floor. There is no check-in machine at the front desk. It will give a gate password and bed number. Remember to take a photo. The kitchen of the public bathroom toilet seating area is on the third floor. The advantage is that you can cook. There are two large supermarkets nearby. After nine o'clock, the price is half. 50 RMB to eat and cattle is not a dream! The disadvantage is that people live too much and sleep well at night.
