Osaka Chuo Ward Hotels

The location is unbeatable, multiple convenience stores around, 7-10min walk to Dotonburi and various stations, lots of restaurants and quiet streets at night time. The hotel also has a cafeteria with free tea, water, melon soda, coca cola and other refreshments that are available 24/7. The room itself is simple but very comfortable and has everything you could need. Rooms are cleaned daily and amenities replenished too, even if you opt out of cleaning by sticking a ”Do not clean” magnet on the door, they then put everything in a bag and hang it on the handle. The staff is mostly professional, speak decent English and the check-in/out process was easy. Where it loses points is due to the following: On one of our big days out exploring, we came back to the hotel at around 8PM. The Front Lobby was filled with a big and disorganised Chinese group/family of 12-16 people who were scattered throughout the lobby. They did not all have a hotel key card, I know this because there was an employee by the escalator using his key on the elevator to send up them to their rooms. So my girlfriend and I got our keys out, got to the front of the other elevator and showed our cards as a way of gesturing if we could go up. The employee rejected us and we got the idea that we had to wait. Now I don't know about you, but I don't see why I need to wait for something that isn't my problem. Their lobby was littered and the tourists were being loud and screaming at eachother from across the room. We were not going to wait. Line them up in front of one elevator and use the other one for people who are entering and exiting, and if no one is entering and exiting, then let them use both elevators. Such unprofessionalism. We decided to leave and go for a walk and kill time at the local convienience store, but it definitely ruined our day and experience with the hotel. Another reason is I asked if they could make a restaurant reservation on my behalf, the bird cafe that I wanted to go to had a registration and booking process that was not friendly for tourists. It required me to write my Japanese Name for some reason, as well as phone number. The hotel said they could not make such reservations for me. I ended up walking in and was lucky it was a weekday and it wasn't as packed. Also be sure to check how many adults is listed on the room you plan to book, I didn't check properly and mine said 1 Adult, even though it fits 2 and the amenities were stocked for 2, this mistake of mine cost me 14,000yen (2000yen a day) because I had my girlfriend with me.

Hotel is stone throw from two of the major POA, Kuroman market and Dotonbori, and Kintetsu-Nippombashi Station where one can escape the weather element anf shop till Osaka Namba station....The hotel has everything you need and the packet Kopi aka Coffee is good. The hotel provide free umbrella too in case there is rain

There are 3 people at the front desk and 3 automatic payment machines. I was able to check in with plenty of time because I entered early, but I think it took longer than usual due to the procedures and explanations of regional coupons during national travel support. When I looked back, the waiting customers were lined up before I knew it, but they kindly explained it and asked me to answer the questions. I am grateful to the lady at the front desk who was in charge. The room is Hollywood. Twin cleaning was beautiful, so I was relieved. Since it was renewed, the equipment is new. A wide table that can be expanded and work with a PC Semi-separated (by bath and toilet) ← This is the first condition when deciding a hotel. I thought there was a washroom and I wanted it, but shampoos are placed on the edge of the bathtub. There is no shelf in the shower, no chairs and tubs. When used on the floor they said it was hard to use. I don't have a laundry hook, and I put it in a gap next to the bathtub, such as a towel, a brush, or a shower, and I wondered if there was such a place until now. Anyway, the bath is difficult to use. I thought, but I got a lot of delicious food at breakfast ＾＾ Is there a place where Chawanmushi is served for breakfast? I was disappointed that the dashi roll I was looking forward to was a time-consuming item or a date. It was good enough to search for a shop after I got home. Most of the ”Shokusai Kenmi Nono Grape” branches? It's also in the hotel. I'm thinking about choosing the next hotel. The staff 々 all felt good. The breakfast venue was good here. Thank you.

We have a pleasant stay with my son at Crystal hotel II.The room was clean but bit small and there’s no enough room for the luggage. Reception is nice but there’s a guy (staff) that is not accomodating. Overall , we love the place. Be back again.

Exceptional service - the front desk helped me to arrange taxi to the airport and it was not easy because they were fully booked. The person tried many times and finally found a taxi for us, much to our relief. The front desk is trained to ask all the right questions, staying calm. They also helped to receive my transferred luggage from another hotel. All timely and accurately. It deserved a 6 star for such exceptional service. The hotel ambience has a calming effect as it is dark but lighted on the areas that you need to see. We have no problem even though some people commented on it. Great location Room size is comfortable and considered a fair size, in fact, slightly larger and well planned. Breakfast has a good spread. Think it is great to open at 6.30 am as it gives maximum time to have an early start. Highly recommended for couple and families.

As it's located away from the touristy areas, it's relatively cheaper, quieter, and compared to Tokyo hotels I have booked, roomier. The staff are excellent--they speak or at least understand English, and are efficient and warm. Basic breakfast is included-- the boiled egg is my favorite, and brewed coffee is available 24 hours .

Located right next to the Nagahoribashi subway station, very good location, easy to look for, and there’s two convenience stores nearby. Staff was nice and attentive. The room was small even for one, the wifi networking was not the best, but it’s fine if you’re not going to stay inside the room for long during the trip.

The amenities supply was great, staff at the front desk are great as well, same goes to the location. The only issue we had was that our door is not closed when we came back to the hotel room. We were in shock, so we called the front desk to ask if anything went wrong that they need to leave the door unlocked. However, there was no return call to give an explanation. Probably the cleaner has forgotten to close the door, luckily nothing went missing.

The facilities and facilities are new, there is a GOTO travel, and the accommodation fee is low, so I want to be highly appreciated, but it is the first time to use it, and it is very regrettable, and it cannot be highly appreciated. (There is a microwave oven in the room, but there is no shared ice dispenser, etc., unbalanced) This neighborhood is lined up properly, because the road is lined up vertically and horizontally, from the subway station, It took time to get there. I passed through the signal crossing immediately, and I could hardly see the signboard, so I passed. The signboard of TY Inn is flashy, so it enters the eye. I called the hotel and walked from the subway station and visited ”TY inn is nearby because I can see it” and asked, ”what store is it?” Just see the signboard, you can't know what store. Not far from ＴＹ inn, as if you can't read the air. This is low level!! I can evaluate that the signboard is not flashy, but on the other hand, there should be many such inquiries.Even if I finally arrive, I don't feel hospitality at all, and I don't feel good. I'm sorry for the dryness, but I need to reeducate my employees. This is a frank opinion.

1. Ok Location - 25mins walk away to Namba shopping belt. In the hotel’s vicinity, there are plenty of restaurants and the nearest tube station Honmachi (Midosoji line) ~7mins walk away. Easy to get around. 2. Amenities and comfort of room - comfortable bed. Plenty of extras at the reception level. PJs and room slippers provided. 3. Cleanliness - light cleaning provided ie no change of bedsheets etc and no one to make your bed. I found dried blood stains on the bed that I could see underneath my white bedsheets. Major yucks. Overall, value for money for travellers on short stays and small luggage.
