Forgot to take pictures, it only takes 2x minutes to take a tram from Universal Studios. Very quiet, very close to the aquarium. Next to the highway, there may be a sound of vehicles passing by at night. But there is no hot water bottle available, no bubble noodles.

For family trip to USJ, we used ２ children ２ for ２ nights. The location was perfect for the cleanliness of the cherry blossoms, but the bath was a bit lonely, so I used the nearby empty garden hot spring. I wanted to use it when I went to USJ again.

I have been in hundreds of hotels, hostels, rooms and many places in my 31 one countries already visited, I never tought this guest house would be so nice, clean, good location (just 200meters from Osakako Station) and Tiger the host, simply an amazing experience in Osaka. Bed was comfortable and everything very clean and prepared for visitors. 10 from 10!

On a business trip, alone. The hotel is very new, the room is also very new Non-smoking room, no smell of smoke at all. Cool Japanese business hotel, fully equipped. The single room is quite big. One of the reasons for the high quality and low price is that the room is not cleaned. Put the garbage and used towels outside the door in the morning, and they will give you new ones.
