near to shinimamiya train station. surrounding with restaurants and shopping area. good amd helpful staff (english/chinese speaking), clean and quiet at night. no car park, but can park nearby.

It's clean and the staff are friendly!
It's close to the street, so there's a lot to eat nearby, and it's a short walk to the subway station, but it's a quick walk if you walk around and look around! Good value for money here!!

The room is a little small.
A room for sleeping rather than relaxing.
I stayed for business, but the space for my computer was small and I didn't feel motivated.
If you just want to stay, it's fine. Not suitable for long term stays.

The hotel near Tsutenkaku Tower has a small room, but the price is low and it comes with a lounge so I think it's very good. There's Korean food in front of you, and crepes next door, as well as pasta, pizza, and sandwiches, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. Of course, there are many kushikatsu, okonomiyaki, and takoyaki restaurants around the area, so there are many restaurants that are typical of Osaka. Abeno Harukas can also be reached on foot.
