How to find staff

If you are looking for a cheap and good location hotel, this is a good choice. But the room is small .Also the beds are too soft that makes me feel uncomfortable. Moreover, they will not provide room service.You can pay more to have a good quality hotel.

Clean, quiet, convenient and the environment is very comfortable. It is only fifteen minutes away from JR ,There are shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient for buying food and shopping.

The room looked much smaller than the picture, the room is quite dusty and not very clear. The air condition kept making sound, no staff on site to help. Not recommend for family trip.

Small but Comfortable and near by metro for 10-12mins

Overall, this place is conviently located near a metro station. The room was clean when we checked in. Checking in tablet was a bit cumbersome and took longer than anticipated. The wait for the lift can be improved during checkout period. Still highly recommended for family of 6.

Pros: 1.big space and enough bed for big families. (2 adults and 3 kids) 2. password keylock for room and entrance. convinient, no need to bring key. Cons. 1.I have been japan almost 15 times and 5 times to Osaka. This hotel is the dirtiest hotel i ever stayed. someone who stayed before me vomit on the bed and the hotel did not change. 2. location is quite "near" to every places, like train station. 3.facilities is aged and dust everywhere. 4.bathroom long hair and dirty mark every where when i first time enter it.

Our 1st trip to Japan!!…and son suggested this hotel apartment as it nearby to Shinsaibashi shopping street & Dotonbori. There’s also a number of halal food within a 10/15 min walk from the apartment!! Lawson is just a 2min walk awak and Family Mart & 7-11 a 7-10min walk away…take your pick!! Only downside was the size of the room (altho it’s expected of apartments in Japan). There’s only a small table with one chair, so we can’t eat together at the same time (there was 3 of us). Will definitely recommend this place to my friends!! (But I think it’s already popular with Singaporeans coz bumped into at least 3 groups of Singaporeans during our stay!!)

The B&B is very clean overall. The room is large and you can spread out your luggage! It is also very convenient to walk to the subway station! Check-in is not as complicated as it is said on the Internet, it is quite convenient~

一星期前收到入門密碼用email，之後幾天收到訂購編號，也有收到stayat地圖，算不錯，自助登記也用了20分鐘，房間配套也足夠例如廁紙，盒紙，垃圾袋也在櫃內，有拖鞋沐浴露洗頭水護髮素，熱水煲微波爐雪櫃小型廚房，1F有洗衣機及乾衣，附近有兩間藥妝有幾間Lawson, 全家，7-11等等，真係日日去逛，只是走路去心齋橋15分鐘左右, 買大包小包後 call Uber or taxi 大約1000 yen 左右

It’s nice to have a small kitchen in the room. If you want to eat fruit at night, it’s very convenient to have a knife and peeler. There is also a quite large balcony so that the room will not be too dark. It's a bit far away from Nagahoribashi Station, about 5-10 minutes' walk. I think Xiaoyuan - The main disadvantage is that check-in is very troublesome! ! Although it is self-service, it was stuck on the first floor for a long time. It happened that other tenants came in and helped. It seems that you need to contact the hotel one day in advance to ask for the entrance code. But if tourists don’t know, they will get stuck outside and get very angry (me) Especially for guests who have to check-in at night It’s very late, very tired, and I can’t find the entrance code. I don’t know if the customer service phone number will be answered... All in all, this part is awesome... If possible, it might be better for the hotel to take the initiative to send a letter to passengers with the access code.
