Every time I come to Osaka for business, I always choose the hotel I stay in. It's more like a home for me in the city. Although there was a little bit of unhappiness on the day of check-in, the service staff quickly resolved the problem and hope to be more careful when cleaning the room next time.

Japan is known for excellent service, but Cabin Premier Osaka truly went above and beyond! We traveled with two young kids, and the staff were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. They helped us with luggage transfers, and when we accidentally left behind our stroller bag, they even arranged to ship it to our next destination seamlessly.
A special thank you to Yamaguchi-san at the front desk for the outstanding patience, kindness and support. We felt so well taken care of, and it made our trip that much smoother. We will most definitely stay here again on our next visit to Osaka! Highly recommend to anyone traveling.

Their breakfast is unbeatable! Very delicious and of a lot a choices. Location is just a matter of choice - it’s not convenient for shopping but it’s quiet and spacious. I’ll rebook it for my next trip.

Love this hotel, literally right on top of the metro station so it’s super convenient. 1-2 stops away from shopping malls. Great choice if you want to stay in the shopping district

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was a great size but starting to show its age. Plenty of useful facilities and amenities provided. Good location right on the metro with plenty of convenience stores nearby.

Enjoyed our stay! Overall perfect
Great Location (directly at metro + 7-11 + Aeon Supermarket with nice and cheap food; market/shopping street across)
Very spacious rooms (specially for japanese standards)
Amazing breakfast (wagyu beef, chicken, pork, fish, salmon, Japanese dishes/cakes, matcha latte, pastries...)
Price reasonable
Only small downside: WiFi was a bit slower in the evening, but still usable (unless you are downloading you're fine). I hope they will improve that soon.

设施：Room was clean albeit a little on the small side. Window didn’t fully close so traffic noise was audible. Bathroom was well equipped and everything worked.
卫生：Room, bathroom and hotel was very clean. Happy with the level of cleanliness.
环境：Decorations were modern and the room was relaxing.
服务：Staff were friendly and attentive.(my wife is Chinese we got room 414 on the 4th floor. Sounds very unlucky)

Best location as it is located above two metro subway lines, you can go anywhere with ease. Coffee shop inside hotel was outstanding, a shame no English speaking employees. It would be great if the hotel had an English speaking concierge. Very modern and the Premier Lounge was well stocked for drinks and nibblies. Quite modern and comfortable, but small as expected.
