The room is very spacious and can be spread out with 4 suitcases. It is quite clean. The only drawback is that the electrical appliances are not very functional and have no maintenance.

I booked two nights at first, and it felt so good that I booked another room type for three nights. Both room types are very large, and I like the space. The balcony is also very large, which is very convenient for drying clothes. It is especially suitable for a family trip, with space for children to play, and the kitchen and bathroom are very large. Highly recommended

I saw this hotel under the hotel option on Ctrip, but the reviews said it was a homestay. I thought that Japan should have better service and hygiene, and the reviews were good, so I wanted to try it. However, the hygiene was too disappointing. The stains on the bath towel were disgusting. I couldn't sleep all night. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night. If the children hadn't fallen asleep, I would definitely leave this hotel overnight. I complained through Ctrip that night, and the person in charge of the hotel came to apologize early the next morning with a sincere attitude and made appropriate compensation. Although I will never stay in this kind of hotel again, I still sincerely hope that the hotel can improve its hygiene, especially with the sign of parent-child, which is the most basic requirement for staying in a hotel with children. Finally, I would like to thank the Ctrip customer service specialist who helped me contact the person in charge of the hotel to resolve this matter that night. He was very professional and compassionate, which made me trust Ctrip more.
