The parking lot was relatively large and easy to park. Because there is only one elevator, is it inconvenient in the morning? There is a coin laundry, but you have to bring your own detergent. I stayed in a business twin, but be careful as the trunk cannot be opened. Breakfast was included with the service. There was consideration to be able to eat in the room, and it was delicious. Employees are kind.

Amazing customer service from the hotel. It has all basic amenities including umbrellas for you to borrow for a rainy day. The included breakfast was traditional Japanese style and it was really good. They have staple items as well as a few that change daily. The room and bathroom itself was clean and well maintained as well. So overall an amazing hotel!

all sraff are so nice and friendly. our room was compact but cozy. breakfast was so creative and dericious. we'll stay if we have another chance to come osaka.

It's close to the station and there are many commercial facilities nearby, so it's not inconvenient at all. I made a reservation at the last minute and only a smoking room was available, but I was able to stay comfortably without any of the usual cigarette smell. I wondered what a business twin was, but when I saw the room, I understood (lol). Even if two people stay here from now on, we'll be able to work without worrying too much about each other.
