I just stay here for my transfert. It was calm and comfy. I didn't had any issues and they can keep our suitcase for the day.

Great location, clean room. The only disadvantage was ac that for some reason couldn't be turned off.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. The single room was a bit small but still cosy enough. The hotel itself is also very well-located, just ten minutes away from Umeda. In short, a great option in terms of quality-price!
