前台（フロント）在停車場裏面比較不好找，登記後給的是鑰匙，房間很乾凈，設備日用品也很齊全，周邊有好幾家羅森/全家/711等便利店，買什麼都很方便，吃飯購物附近都有店，而且十三（Juso）西口出站步行不到10分鐘，去繁華的梅田（umeda）很方便，酒店周圍也很安全，唯一的不足可能是住的3晚沒有打掃，不過也算考慮了旅客的私隱

ビジネスホテルかと思って予約したのですが、ラブホテルで驚きました。はじめ入り口がわからず建物を一周してしまいました。1人で一泊する分には良いと思いますが、周りがラブホテルだらけなので予約しないでその辺りのラブホテルに泊まった方が安かったんじゃないかと疑問をもったりもしました。

酒店的位置非常好，離開電車站步行幾分鐘，酒店的四周都是各種各樣的酒店和商業，就餐和尋找美食很方便，附近有很多的k tv和夜總會，天黑後有各種各樣的拉客，酒店房間裏有電動按摩棒和各種潤滑油，不知道這些東西放在房間裏幹什麼？

すごく部屋がいつもより広くて最高でした！！！
ストレートアイロンとお風呂のライトが壊れていました。
連泊していたのですが、水も1本でした。
あと部屋のライトがチカチカしていました。
これがなかったら最高でした。
