I was really disappointed at the front desk service, I brought 6 months old baby with me and want to check in at around 2pm when we arrived. My baby was so tired and cryinng so hard, but the front desk girl didnt allowed us to check in. She wants us to check in at 3pm sharp without considering that the Baby is Crying and has no pity on him. Aside from communication difficulty(they are not fluent in English, its really hard to communicate wisely with them), I was ALSO really SAD that the Front desk is NOT friendly, and they have rooms available but they just want us to wait. I am super regret that I booked this hotel at that moment!! Hope you should orient your hospitality and apply it next time to other guests.

Room size is spacious enough for foir people.

Location is good, near to the subway station, with walking distance of 10+ mins. The family room is not so big after we opened all luggage. The shower room has full facilities and able to dry the washed clothes. Counter service is not so effective and bias, using a translator kit to entertain a Korean family sentence by sentence, but leave us to read by ourselves. There is also a 1000 yen charges to help keeping the luggage after check-out. Overall, the hotel is good for a family stay at Osaka.

There are parent-child rooms with two 1.8-meter-long beds. The room is big enough. There is a washing machine, a lot of clothes hangers, and a balcony clothes drying rod. The location is at the North 8th Exit of Shinsaibashi Subway Station. Overall, it is a very good hotel.
The breakfast is a Japanese bento, which can be bought only once or twice. 1,500 yen is not bad. There is an oven and a microwave in the room.
